Dr. Voci is AMAZING! He takes the time to listen to what bothers you rather than telling you what he thinks is wrong. He then explains in detail what he’s going to do and why and is obviously very knowledgeable and experienced! He is very personable and funny and the best doctor around! DO NOT GO HERE! **Update April 2026: Since originally posting this review, I’ve unfortunately had to pursue a civil claim regarding this matter. I’ve now been notified that Dr. Voci has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, which has placed my case on hold due to the automatic stay. This has further delayed any resolution and added to the overall frustration with this experience. Avoid this place like the plague! This review is written to document a serious and unresolved experience with this practice in the interest of transparency for prospective and current patients. I underwent a brow lift in March 2025 with Dr. Voci in preparation for my November 2025 wedding. Unfortunately, I was left with one large horizontal line across my forehead above both brows, which was not the expected or desired outcome, nor present prior to surgery. They are present at rest and when I furrow. After raising my concerns, he went from gaslighting me, to saying I need to wait longer, to no additional surgery is possible, to offering botox, to then offering additional surgery. As you can imagine, the back and forth was confusing and don’t want him touching my face any further. Additionally, the recovery timeline was repeatedly changed. I was initially told I would be healed in 3-4 months, which later shifted to 12+ months. FYI The post op sheet doesn’t go beyond 3 months. Remember I did this in time for my wedding (which gave me 8 mos.) and would have never done it if it would have taken longer than that. Dr. Voci eventually acknowledged the issue in writing and agreed to issue a full refund in August. However, no refund has been provided, and communication has stalled for an extended period of time. I was also asked to remain silent and delay posting a review for 6+ months. In his most recent correspondence (Dec), Dr. Voci cited frozen bank accounts as the reason for non-payment. Yet during this same timeframe, I continued to receive promotional emails from both him and his wife regarding events, which has been upsetting and discouraging given the unresolved matter. I gave ample time and multiple opportunities for this to be resolved privately and professionally. Financials aside, I feel so low from the results and lied to. He is only caring and responsive when things go right. (Otherwise I wouldn’t be here writing this review). Due to the continued lack of follow-through, I feel compelled to share my experience publicly and now take legal action, which is incredibly exhausting being pregnant now. Do the right thing and give me my money back as promised. You’re telling me you have frozen bank accounts yet your practice is still operating.
