Dr Yanez and his staff have been taking very good care of me. The visits begin with a great reception team, followed by the friendly nurses and doctor, and concludes with the friendly person in reception who books appointments for the next visits! Thank you for this opportunity to share!

Dr. Yanez is the best. He is very professional and always cares for his patients. I have been going to him for the past 3 years and I highly recommend him for your needs. His staff is also fantastic and you can tell they enjoy working with him which makes the best experience while having any kind of procedures. 10 star rating.

We have been going to this practice for a few months now. I appreciate Dr. Yanez because he's helped my daughter understand the different possibilities with her treatments. I look forward to seeing the results of her continued visits.

Dr. Yanez is an excellent plastic surgeon. He has performed 3 outpatient surgeries on me, and my scars have healed quickly and very nicely each time. The latest was on my face, but I was never worried because Dr. Yanez is great!

Another horrible experience for with this practice and Dr. Yanez particularly. I went back for my month follow up and the assistant commented that my scar looked good and I pointed out a “prickly” part and she said “oh, they left in a suture.” These are sutures that need to be removed and are non absorbable. Dr. Yanez came in and looked at me for 30 seconds and said “come back in 4 weeks” this location is 50 minutes away! He left and I asked the assistant why I would have to come back in another month and she said, “if the suture hasn’t resolved itself… the doctor is not happy.” The doctor? What about me? So I made the trek out there again today in the pouring rain…. I saw the assistant and again she said “oh it looks good…” and I had to explain I was there for a follow up since the suture hadn’t popped out yet… and she thought I was there for my initial follow up and I had to explain that no, I had done the 2 week follow up where they were supposed to remove the sutures and then came back 4 weeks later to find out they didn’t really remove all of the sutures and this was my 4 week follow up after that since they failed to remove all of my sutures and the suture hadn’t popped through. I said “I think the skin grew over it.” The assistant noted the suture was still in my head and went to get the doctor. Dr. Yanez looked and agreed the suture was still there but would “absorb itself.” I asked why he made me come all of the way back to his office after the last appointment when he said he would need to see me if the suture had not been “resolved” which the assistant explained to me would be if the suture poked through my skin and I could remove it with tweezers… today Dr. Yanez explained that the suture HAD resolved itself by being “absorbed.” What? The sutures they used on me were not dissolvable. He said he didn’t want to “mess” with it. So instead this doctor decided to NOT remove a suture on my face that was non dissolvable so it will always be stuck in my skin. I have no confidence in him nor this practice. After having to return, pay an additional co pay because they left a suture in my face (their fault not mine) and after driving all the way out there for a follow up for them messing up and spending 30 seconds with the doctor who did nothing about their mistake. So why in the world did I need to even do the “follow up” if they did nothing 4 weeks later to remedy their mistake??? Just so I could pay them more money for doing nothing to fix their mistake? What terrible treatment. Messing up surgery and not fixing their mistakes and yet charging patients for extra appointments where no treatment is given…
