I’ve only had my initial consultation with Dr. Harper but I would absolutely recommend him! I’ve met with multiple doctors for reconstruction and he is the only one I felt comfortable with due to his experience and I trust his judgement with our plan moving forward. He is knowledgeable and has a calming but fun demeanor. I can’t wait to have my surgery done!

Dr. Harper cares about your health as well as your final outcome. He truly wants your best results. I would highly recommend him. He provided my reconstruction after my double mastectomy due to breast cancer

I wouldn’t recommend Doc Harper for any kind of reconstruction surgery. He was my Doctor at Charlotte Plastic Surgery back in 2014/2015. Went through several surgeries and visited the office for a follow up to be told he no longer worked there. He was let go, started to see different doctor at same location who had to redo everything that Doc Harper had worked on. I had breast cancer and after about 10 different surgeries my right breast that needed reconstruction was nothing but botched.
