had the best experience with Dr. Riley and everyone in the office! The front desk staff was very helpful and sweet, and the nurse that took me back was very informative and helped ease my nerves. Dr. Riley was one of the nicest dermatologists I have ever met and was really attentive and listened to what I had to say. I would highly recommend West!

I've been Dr. Riley's patient for the last year, both for skin exams and a cancer diagnosis. She was thorough, attentive and compassionate. She listened and was easy to talk to. The office has been stellar - friendly and efficient, and prescription requests were easy when I needed to change pharmacies. I'm a nurse, new to the area, and had been dreading finding a new dermatologist that met my criteria, but Dr. Riley and her staff have won me over.

Dr. Riley gave me a very thorough skin check exam. She explained what the various skin conditions that I have and if they needed additional treatment. We discussed my current skin care regimen and what changes I should make. She took a photo of a small Nevus I had and said she would check it again next year. I was very pleased with the care and concern Dr Riley and her medical assistant during my exam.

Jessica Riley is a wonderful provider and very knowledgeable. I have a family history of skin cancer so I visit her regularly for a full body screen looking for the beginnings of skin cancers. I plan on continuing under her care indefinitely as well as sending my children to her when they are old enough to warrant skin cancer screenings. Jessica Riley is highly recommended!

I had a body check and told Dr. Riley I had a mole that seemed to get larger and then a mark on my left cheek that did bleed so she biopsied them both. She told me what to expect before she placed the needle into my face which I appreciated. I did mention I am on a blood thinner. Well, I did have to come back for Dr. Riley to cauterize the biopsies because after one hour the blood was dripping from the bandages as I was running some errands. I called and they took me in right away. After the cauterization Susan, the nurse, placed pressure bandages on both biopsies and explained to lay low and not put my head down,etc. then I was great. Knowing I was on a blood thinner, they should have done the pressure bandaids in the first place. It was upsetting to have the blood oozing out and luckily I had access to a bathroom right away the first time.
