I had a procedure at Northtowns Ambulatory Surgical Center and couldn’t have been more impressed with the experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted right away and made to feel comfortable. The entire team was professional, organized, and right on schedule. Everyone took the time to explain exactly what was going to happen, answer my questions, and make sure I felt informed and at ease. The level of communication and attention to detail was exceptional. From check-in to discharge, every staff member I encountered was friendly, caring, and thorough. The entire process was smooth and efficient. I highly recommend Northtowns Ambulatory Surgical Center to anyone needing outpatient surgery or a medical procedure. This is a very well managed and efficient facility! All the staff was helpful and very friendly and made my entire experience a very positive one. The schedule was even running early, almost unheard of in a medical setting. Everyone was very professional and I would highly recommend coming here.

The experience was great. The nurses and staff doctors were great very nervous and scared before I got there. They made this experience wonderful pain-free. Appreciate everybody who is involved in my procedure.

The staff is excellent and the care I received was top-notch. My only suggestion would be to improve internet signal as it is absolutely horrible and the people waiting hours for their loved ones to go home deserve better access.
