I accompanied my mom to her appointment here she usually comes alone, but since she was having an eye procedure and needed a ride afterward, I went with her. I’m so glad I did, because I got to see firsthand how efficient, kind, and helpful everyone is. From the front desk to the exit, every staff member was welcoming and organized. The phlebotomists and eye technicians were incredibly supportive, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and peaceful. I also noticed that everyone practiced hand hygiene perfectly, which really stood out. Dr. Kiernan was amazing! He is extremely informative, easy to talk to, and patient. He took his time answering all of my mom’s questions and helped ease every concern she had. Overall, an excellent experience. I would absolutely come here myself when I need eye care.

We’ve only had positive experiences with the facility and staff at Premiere Eye care and surgery. My 5 year old was advised to see an ophthalmologist and Dr. Leonard came highly recommended. I absolutely see why! The front desk is always welcoming. Melissa scheduled her surgery and kept everything so organized. Dr. Leonard is not only the best in her field, she’s incredible with children and so knowledgeable in a way that eases any concerns as a parent. Every step of her procedure was handled expertly with care!

From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming and professional. They took the time to thoroughly explain my options and helped me choose the perfect frames and lenses tailored to my needs. The eye exam was comprehensive and conducted with the latest technology, making it quick and comfortable. I was impressed by the knowledge and expertise of the optometrists, who answered all my questions with patience and clarity. The selection of eyewear was impressive, with a wide range of stylish and high-quality options. The team also provided excellent advice on lens types and coatings. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of optical services.

I probably have given two reviews of any business over my life. I share this so you can avoid an unpleasant experience in their optical department. There are two segments to this business, the ophthalmology and the optical department. Dr Donlea is great and I saw him for 25 years and i would give him alone five stars However, I’m giving the establishment two stars because the optical department deserves a one rating. I have always found the staff arrogant, rude, argumentative and not very customer centric. Last year, I had to return with my progressive glasses eight times over a year to get them adjusted because my vision was out of focus when I was driving and watching TV. Each time they blamed me. They said I must be sleeping in my glasses. Never! They never once considered that maybe the glasses were incorrectly manufactured based on their erroneous measurements. No they just blamed me. Additionally, the glasses fell apart, where after taking them off the nose pad had fallen off and was stuck to my nose. I found this in the morning and they again concocted a story that I slept in them. Unbelievable! They insisted with their lie to the rest of the staff that I slept in my glasses. I’ve never been so disrespected as a customer. Being that it was within the year, I was able to get about 80% of my cost back which I appreciate. I initially went there because my Warby Parker’s weren’t giving best vision. But in retrospect, I returned to those glasses and they’re 100% better than premier. I took the same prescription to Tabak in Barrington who provided the ultimate customer service and most accurate progressive measuring tools resulting in a correction of all the issues I was having with the premier glasses. Don’t go here for glasses. Take your prescription elsewhere.

They deserve zero stars. Such an awful place to be! The front desk is rude to all patients and even their own staff. You could feel the tension the second you walk in. Every single person that we had to interact with was a joke. Extremely unprofessional. My son is 3 and we went in for an eye exam and everyone seemed frustrated that we were there and it was obvious that they do not have the experience or patience needed to work with a child. Ultimately getting irritated with him because he doesn’t know all the letters and shapes during an initial eye exam which he can’t even see clearly hence why we are even there in the first place. I will not be going back.
