The staff is amazing. The care and attention that they give is amazing. My mom is the one being taken care of by them. Since she needs assistance im around for all her appointments. Im very impressed!!

Unfortunately I am boiling rn bc mainline has always been a very caring and thorough facility, but today I did not have that experience. I found myself stuck behind construction leaving me less time to get to my appointment than usual. GPS stated I would arrive by 2:10pm. I called the facility the moment I realized I would be late to give them a heads up. I got a scheduler who called over and informed them I would be 10 mins late. She came back on the line and told me they didn’t decide by 15 minute late rule just as long as I called in as advance which I did so I was fine. She assured me and told me the facility told me to take my time and get there as quickly as I could. I managed to shave off a few minutes and got there and parked in the garage by 2:10pm. I have not been to this facility in years nor have I ever parked in the garage. With that, I was completely turned around on how to get out of the garage to the facility not to mention the elevators were slow to come so I took the stairs. I finally reach the front desk to check in and bc I arrived at 2:20 instead of 2:10 I was told I had to reschedule. I was and am pissed. My procedure consist of numbing the area and draining it which I recall being a 30 minute procedure the first time. So why I couldn’t be taken back after all the twist and turns it took me to get here was very inconsiderate. I’m well aware and considerate of the physicians time and other patients so if I was truly out of the scope to be seen , I would have just taken it on the chin no problem. But it seemed to me it was more about being quick to dismiss me and stick to their protocol bc I was more than the 10 minutes late I called about, rather than actually checking that I made every stride to get there as quickly as I could and even checking that I could be taking back. Not cool and I don’t even want to go back after that.
