I had a urologic procedure by Dr. Lanchoney. He was truly a professional and answered my questions and explained the procedure. The pre-op and post op holding was a wonderful experience. Anesthesia listened and were very attentive. My one night I spent there was a good experience. Food was good. The nurses and nurse assistants were excelllent on the 4th floor! Thank you Claudia and chonte’! Your care was excellent as was the care from the nurses on day shift whom I’m going blank on their names but all did an outstanding job! Thank You Brynmawr Hospital!!

I had hip replacement surgery on March 25/2026 done by Dr Yale Fillingham . I am so happy with the results and this is only day three. Dr Fillingham and his surgery team are efficient and organized . The care I received from everyone on staff was impressive. The recovery team was the best I ever had and I have had many surgeries in a variety of hospitals. I can’t say enough for the overall experience I had at Bryn Mawr hospital and would recommend it to all of my family and friends, Thank you, Patricia Calorio

I just want to publicly thank the entire ER and maternity team at Bryn Mawr Hospital. Unfortunately, my daughter had an experience with RSV and from start to finish, the ER and maternity team were all friendly, professional, efficient and supportive of my daughter and my family. They truly went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. Thank you all for your support and care.

First off, as a profession, I have tremendous respect for medical professionals. As a parent of medically complex child, I have spent the last 12 years in major hospitals all over the country from MSKCC in NYC to Medstar Georgetown in DC to Penn and CHOP in Philly for care for my family. Doctors and nurses have become like friends and family. I've seen good. And I've seen bad. I see hospital errors as teaching moments but I also recognize that how you talk to someone is essentially customer service. And pediatrics and adults are vastly different. In pediatrics the parents and doctors work together for the betterment of the child. Last night, a PA, V- name omitted for privacy I'm not that cruel- in the ED showed me that the adult world it's either do as I say or get out. Her treatment of me was deplorable. As an autistic woman I feel I have had my ADA rights violated. I've contacted patient advocacy and will be filing a formal complaint. The Bryn Mawr ED is not a friend to adult Autistic individuals, at least, that's what I was shown last night.
