I have been seeing Erin at Boston Medical Aesthetics for 3 years. I went in nervous about injectables but Erin was warm, knowledgeable and professional and I’ve been at ease ever since. My results are incredibly natural and give me a huge confidence boost. Erin, Dierdre at the front desk and the rest of the team are the best in the game!

I had a great experience at Boston Medical Aesthetics and would highly recommend them. The entire team is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. This was my second visit with Kate Deery. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and well cared for. Kate is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to really listen to my goals and explain everything clearly. Her attention to detail and gentle approach made the entire experience easy and stress-free. I highly recommend Kate to anyone looking for expert care and beautiful, natural-looking results!

I have been going here for several years to get HydraFacials. I have found that the HydraFacials are the fastest way for my skin to feel totally refreshed. They are worth the expense. This practice is extremely professional, clean, and conveniently located downtown. Everyone esthetician has been great, but my recent treatment with Erin Walsh, RN was fantastic. Thank you Erin for making me feel like a million bucks!

I've been a client at this med spa for about four years and, overall, have had many positive experiences here. I've done Botox, hydrafacials, CoolSculpting, filler, and purchased skincare products over the years, spending thousands of dollars. Until now, I've felt well taken care of. However, while traveling, I accidentally added an appointment to my calendar in the wrong time zone, so it appeared two hours later than it actually was. They're booking service, doesn't have any calendar export functionality. And I received a call saying I was already 10 minutes late. I explained the situation immediately and said I could still arrive within about 10 minutes, but was told that would be to late and I'd be charged a missed appointment fee of over $100. I understand why med spas have cancellation and no-show policies, and I don't think those policies are unreasonable. What disappointed me was the lack of flexibility for a long-term client who, in four years, has never been late, canceled last minute, or missed an appointment before. I also think it's worth mentioning that, as a male client, I sometimes felt the providers were less familiar with men's facial anatomy and aesthetic goals than I would've hoped. I also previously scheduled a consultation for Morpheus8 and had a fairly unpleasant experience with the woman leading the consultation, which left me hesitant about pursuing treatment there. I ended up having the procedure elsewhere. I was on the fence about continuing here, but with this experience, I've decided to cancel my upcoming appointments and get all of my services at a different medspa. I still think many of the services here are solid, but I also think customer loyalty and long-term relationships aren't valued.
