i have been trying for 4 years to get 2 giant keloids on my ears removed. these keloids have started to impact my life and make me feel insecure and embarrassed. i have tried for 4 years to find a. doctor that would remove them. i have waisted around $1000 in deductibles trying to find someone who will actually remove them. i was told i was going to be getting them removed today and that they would call me the day of my procedure to tell me what time i needed to be there. i never got a call, email, nothing. i call today and they tell me they never put me on the schedule and that they will schedule me for another day. this place is absolutely ridiculous and all they do is waste your time and money.

I Had a consultation back in March and it was horrible. Bedside manners of the female surgeon and the female RN that attended the consultation were unprofessional and rude. I asked very specific questions and received very broad answers from the surgeon that didn’t answer my questions. Afterwards, the RN didn’t even show me the way out. She just walked off, didn’t even say “have a nice day”. The PCT who did my measurements was wonderful though. I’d prefer to receive treatment at St Vincent’s!!!
