Dr. William J. Hedden, MD - Plastic Surgeon

I’ve previously had a BBL and tummy tuck done by Dr. Hedden, and now I’m moving forward with my breast augmentation. I always knew I wanted to go back to him. From personal experience, he is a wonderful, highly experienced, and most importantly, a very safe doctor. I expressed my expectations and concerns, and as usual, he took the time to answer all my questions and ease any doubts I had. That level of care and attention is exactly why I trust him. I’m very excited for this next step and can’t wait to see my results.

Dr. Hedden has CHANGED my life! He is compassionate, knowledgeable & supportive. I’m thankful Dr. Hedden so unselfishly shares his talents to give his patients the best possible outcome. I’ve had several other services @ Spa Greystone with Lyndsie his NP & couldn’t be more pleased. I never have to worry about being taken care of by Dr. Hedden & his staff, they go above & beyond for me.

The entire staff was so friendly and helpful they answered all my questions! The atmosphere was very calming and pleasant Dr.Hedden made me feel so much better! I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to feel and look your best! These are your people!!!🥰

I had very mixed feelings about my experience here, which is why my rating is a 3/5. The doctor was excellent—knowledgeable, professional, and reassuring. The front desk staff was also incredibly kind and welcoming, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, my experience with the back-office staff was the complete opposite. From the moment I interacted with them, their demeanor felt cold, dismissive, and unwelcoming. I felt judged based on the looks and body language directed toward me, despite them not knowing me at all. At one point, I was so uncomfortable that when I stepped out of the room to leave, and there was a tense moment that felt like a stare-down. That interaction stuck with me. I’m not someone who is overly emotional, but this experience has lingered in my mind for hours that I can’t even sleep! It made me question whether this is an environment where I would feel safe and supported, especially when considering surgery. When you’re trusting a team with your care, especially something as serious as a procedure, you need to feel respected and at ease throughout the entire process—not just with the doctor, but with everyone involved. Unfortunately, the behavior of the back-office staff made me feel the opposite. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, because patient experience matters just as much as clinical skill. Once again the surgeon himself was excellent and I would recommend him
