I am late in posting this review. But five stars to Dr. Princess and Melanie. A year ago I met them. They have been very caring, reassuring and proactive with my care ever since.

Dr. Princess and her staff are so warm and welcoming. Such beautiful spirits! They put me at ease (always a challenge for these types of appointments) and treated me as if I was the only patient. My husband accompanied me and they made him feel welcome as well as informed. So grateful for her and Teresa (her assistsnt during my first visit). Teresa answered my questions (numerous) with patience and knowledge prior to the doctor's arrival. When the young doctor walked in, she was very cordial and addressed my concerns. She carefully explained everything in layman's terms so that we would understand the procedure. Thank God! I would highly recommend them.

The front desk receptionist allowed me to wait over an hour because, I had a past due balance. She allowed 5 patients to go before me without letting me know that I could not be seem without fees being paid.

Waited over 3 hours in the waiting room for my first visit. I was supposed to have a mammogram in October - that ball got dropped and this clinic blamed it on UAB 119. They love to promote their text-option so when I inquired about this it wasn’t until three weeks later I got a reply on October 21. (Blaming UAB) On DECEMBER 5 I ask for an update on where my mammogram is scheduled, and on DECEMBER 11 I’m told “thanks for your patience we’ll be in touch with you soon.” Today is December 31 and nothing. Voicemails are ignored. I get an appointment reminder for January 2026 - why would I go back there? Please stay away if You have ANY other options.

As a healthcare provider myself this was the most unprofessional experiences I have ever had in healthcare. I will no longer be a patient her nor will I be referring my patients to this establishment any longer. The past few visits leading up to this were unprofessional yet nit to this level. The patient in the waiting area who witnessed the way the staff spoke to me was in shock as well. The efficiency is sub standard as well.
