I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Brenner and his outstanding team. After years of struggling with autoimmune issues and other health conditions, I decided to remove my implants, as I was experiencing nearly every symptom associated with Breast Implant Illness (BII). I even look forward to my follow-up visits, where I’m always greeted warmly by Dr. Brenner, Dani, and the entire staff. They make every visit feel personal and welcoming — like catching up with family. (I joke that my husband enjoys the appointments just as much because he loves chatting and joking around with Dr. B!) Dr. Kevin Brenner is, without question, in a league of his own when it comes to explant surgery. My case was challenging, with severe capsular contracture, which had been causing real symptoms as a result, consistent with breast implant illness. In other words, breast implant illness is real. Rosy, the OR nurse, was warm, calming, and completely on top of everything. And the anesthesiologist, Liezele, was exceptional. It was the best experience I have ever had with anesthesia. Perfect. Zero nausea and no issues at all. Dr. Brenner’s expertise is unmistakable. This is not just something he does, it is clearly his specialty. He managed expectations honestly and thoughtfully, guiding me toward decisions that would ultimately give me the most natural and aesthetically pleasing result. I trusted him completely, and he delivered. And because Dr. Brenner is not only an explant specialist but also a masterful surgeon across the board, we decided while I was on the table to do a natural fat transfer to my face. I felt completely comfortable making that decision because of his level of skill and aesthetic eye. The post operative care has been just as impressive. The protocols, follow ups, and check ins have been consistent, attentive, and thorough. I never felt alone in the process for a second. Most importantly, I already feel a shift in my body. Many of my symptoms have begun to dissipate, which only reinforces that this was the right choice for me. I have zero regret, only gratitude. Dr. Brenner is an explant specialist in the truest sense. This is his lane, and he executes it with precision, integrity, and care. If you are considering explant surgery, especially a complex case, I would not look anywhere else. My experience with Dr Brenner exceeded my expectations from the very beginning and it has continued all the way through until I completed my year mark, which is amazing to me.
