I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Elise Min and her team. From my initial consultation, she checked every single box on my list. The office is small but mighty! I originally planned to schedule multiple consultations, but after meeting Dr. Min, I didn’t feel the need to look anywhere else. I also only planned to get a consultation that day but ended up scheduling the surgery because I was so impressed! She is so so kind, thoughtful, and clearly passionate about her work. I truly couldn’t imagine trusting anyone else with my breast reduction. She specializes in being a scar minimalist and it shows. My incision lines are so beautifully done and healing so well. I was especially nervous about openings during recovery, but I didn’t experience a single one. The first week of healing was definitely tough, but every day after that got better and better. And the results have been so worth it. Gina and Kayla were also amazing. They were both so responsive, helpful, and patient with all of my questions throughout the process. The entire team made me feel supported from start to finish. I would absolutely go through this process again because I love my results so much. I’m beyond grateful I chose Dr. Min!! 10/10 recommend!

I felt immensely supported, heard, and considered throughout my journey. The staff, especially Gina, was so helpful in answering all of my many questions! The all-woman team makes you feel very comfortable, 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to change their life.

After months of careful consideration and searching for surgeons, I have chosen Dr. Min to consult about my breast reduction surgery. I was looking for the safest and most experienced female surgeon especially in the realm of breast reductions/reconstructions. During the initial consultation she was warm, thorough, allowed me to ask all the questions I needed. I did not feel rushed or that my questions were not welcome. I felt encouraged and empowered. Same day, we have scheduled my surgery. Week prior to surgery, Dr. Min’s amazing anesthesiologist, Dr. Dabish, did a pre op consult with me. She was literally the sweetest human and calmed me down so much. She also called again the day before surgery and did my check in morning of surgery. The surgery center was very nice, with amazing people taking care of you. Dr. Min and Dr. Dabish both noticed I was very scared and they did an amazing job working with my worry through relaxation techniques and distraction :) before I knew, I was awake from surgery and everything went better than just good. Dr. Min did such a wonderful job with the breast shape and size - it’s like she knew what I wanted. I think what she has done is not easy to achieve without a graft - and yet she did it. She’s been attentive during post-op and answering questions via portal very fast. I will be looking into getting w tummy late this year and she will still be my number 1 choice. So grateful for Dr. Min, Dr. Dabish and the entire team - Khayla, Gina and the amazing surgical techs and nurses from the day of surgery. Big Thank You!

Dr. Min, and her team, are amazing! I personally chose her because I was looking for a woman surgeon who would understand my values and concerns from a woman’s POV. After my first visit to her office I decided to look no further and she was the one! Everything about my experience with her and her office staff left me feeling valued, cared for and appreciated. My results are better than I ever imagined for myself! Dr. Min takes her time and really cares about you and your experience and just about you as a person. I went looking for a surgeon and feel like I found a friend. She truly is talented!

I did a lot of research before choosing a surgeon for my upper blepharoplasty and I am so glad I found Dr. Min. From the very first consultation she impressed me with how knowledgeable and genuinely kind she is — she takes her time, answers every question, and makes sure you feel completely informed and comfortable before moving forward. What really drew me to her is her approach to results. She is meticulous about skin preservation and focused on outcomes that look natural with a goal of looking refreshed and youthful, not like you had surgery. I told her I don't ever want to look plastic or obviously enhanced. That matters a lot to me and she gets it. Her office is clean, welcoming, and has a calm vibe which really does matter - esp when you're talking surgery. Gina on her staff is fantastic and super helpful. She makes the whole process feel seamless from start to finish. She gave me some great tips on aftercare and responds to my messages right away when I reach out with a question. I highly recommend this practice. Dr. Min is amazing!
