Dr. Kimberly J. Lee

There are some journeys that change how you feel when you look in the mirror, and my drive from Arizona to see Dr. Lee was certainly one of them. She is a true artist who gave me the dimples I’ve always dreamed of. What makes her practice so special, though, is the people. Her and her team are such beautiful souls who take the time to listen and make you feel completely at ease. I would make the drive a thousand times over for this level of care and expertise.

Omg, I could write a manifesto on how lovely Dr. Kimberly Lee and her team are. I had an earlobe repair and they made the entire experience very quick and easy on a super tight timeline. Dr. Lee got me in for my procedure the same day as my consult, and she coached me through every single step as she was repairing my ear. The aftercare was really easy, and in 1.5 weeks, I was back in to get my stitches out and get my ear re-pierced before my move. It was all super easy! Dr. Lee is genuinely the best. She makes you feel seen and heard, and her staff reinforces that with how kind they are and the compassion they show! Don't be like me and wait a year, go see her!

Dr. Lee is incredible and the same goes for her staff. I've had several procedures done on my face and eyes and she's always taken the time to take good care of me, make it known that she cares, and acts like it throughout the entire process. She gave me incredibly natural results, knowing that's what I wanted. If you're looking for a compassionate, talented doctor to deliver natural looking results, you can't go wrong with Dr. Lee and her staff. Highly recommended and she's got a patient for life.

NON-SURGICAL REVIEW!!! I have waited several months to post my review because I don’t like sharing bad reviews unless it’s helpful to someone else. I had a consultation for rhinoplasty. Bottom line, the office staff is VERY friendly - just seemingly young and inefficient. Doctor Kimberly Lee was pretty abrupt when I finally got to meet her and from my seat, I felt like she wanted to sell me on other surgical offerings. Felt a bit uncomfortable. She expressed that I’d be unable to photograph their simulated post surgery look which in part I totally understand but it just would have made my Surgeon decision easier as I planned to compare proposed procedure notes and visuals before locking in a date. I was told I’d have an estimate by the following day. After not receiving an estimate within 3 days of the PAID CONSULT I sent an email inquiry or two. I never got a reply and I NEVER RECEIVED AN ESTIMATE! Went elsewhere and couldn’t be happier.

Would not recommend. The doctor advertises herself as fresh-faced and professional on her website, but upon meeting her it was obvious the photos she uses are at least a decade old. If she doesn’t appear to use or trust her own treatments, how can patients feel confident? The hefty consultation fee for PRP turned out to be nothing more than a “meet and greet.” She never examined my scalp, sat several feet away the entire time, and made assumptions about where I’d want treatment. She had no female patient results to show, and only presented two male PRP cases - recycling the same photos during the appointment as if that would magically make me believe she had more experience/results. When I asked if she had any female cases to show, she looked almost confused and instead presented results for male patients. I am not male, and as a doctor she should understand there is a significant difference in results between male and female patients. Worse, by the end of the “consultation” they refused to take photos or evaluate my scalp unless I put down a deposit to “lock in” the quoted price for the treatment that would begin during my next appointment - warning the price would increase if I didn’t commit immediately. How can you ask for more money when you haven’t even done what you were supposed to during the consultation? How can you plan treatment when you haven’t even assessed the patient? I’m grateful I trusted my instincts and didn’t let them inject anything into my scalp.
