I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Gould and his team! From my first consultation to my final follow-up, the entire experience was seamless and exceeded my expectations. Since surgery, I feel phenomenal. My confidence has changed dramatically. This surgery was life changing, is life changing. I also had a really large ab repair redone, which was a reminder that yes, the outer appearance was there, but there was a lot of reconstruction, which is also a huge piece of Dr. Gould's technique that is really important. I'm almost a year post-op now and every time we either do pictures at his office or I touch with his team, I still can't believe that I'm still healing and the results just continue to get better. Dr. Gould's entire team was amazing, how easy it was to get a hold of them, to reach out and text, to ask questions after I'd had the consult and maybe then new things came up. The one thing that really stuck with me from Dr. Gould is he said he had three goals and the first goal was safety. That put me at such ease and was so reassuring that my safety was his first goal, my comfort was his second and the results were third. I consulted with Dr.Gould for a Deep plane face and neck, eye brow lift with fat transfer and CO2 laser. I also wanted to get my implants exchanged and a hernia repair with abdominoplasty. I needed to make sure that he was perfect for the surgeries that I wanted because I live on the east coast. I requested 3 things: a natural result, no scars and little to no pain. Dr. Gould immediately addressed all of my concerns and showed me his approach to all my issues. He presented before and after results of his past patients which were amazing. I knew Dr. Gould and his staff would be perfect for me. I scheduled my surgeries that same day. My face is very natural and the skin quality from the CO2 is so much better. I have no scars which was very important to me because my hair is blonde. His approach to pain management is second to none. I only took pain meds for 48 hours and then just Tylenol for sleeping. The healing was fast. By day 14, I could go out and do anything. His aftercare facility is incredible. The nurses are amazing and he personally comes to check up on you. My hernia is 100% better and I have no pain. I have a brand new figure and had to buy new clothes. He is such an amazing surgeon. He definitely gave me my confidence back. The entire process was easy and the staff is incredible. I love the fact that he wants to see you before you get on the plane to make sure that you are perfect and ready to go. Dr. Gould is a fabulous surgeon and an all around great guy. I am very grateful for his help with my transformation.

Unfortunately I've had more than one breast augmentation surgery in my life resulting in various problems. Thankfully Dr. Gould has the skill to fix those problems! I love how my surgery turned out. Dr. Gould took me through all the necessary steps that he would be doing to get my breast back in the proper location. One was ruptured and the other was moving, but I wasn't thrilled about having yet another surgery. However with Dr. Gould's skill, it was worth it. I'm so happy with the outcome - far superior to any of my previous surgeries. He's wonderful and so is his staff. Always ready to answer any questions and calm me down. If you're looking for a top plastic surgeon who also has an amazing support team, he's the one. He really is the best!

Dr. Gould listens to his patients and doesn't oversell procedures. He checks up on you after the procedure and is there to answer questions and follow up. His technique is to make you look as natural as possible, and that's exactly what I got. Right after the procedure, the results were evident, and my family said, "Wow! This is great!" He coached me beforehand to ensure the best recovery, and his support staff, including nurses and anesthesiologists, were all there to support me. Consultations were personalized and specific to my case. Friends don't even notice I've had surgery, but they note I look more refreshed. I had an eye lift and a neck lift, both done separately, and I am very happy with his work. With Dr. Gould, you're going to look the same, but rejuvenated.
