Dr. Perman and his staff were outstanding. They took the time to thoroughly assess my mom’s situation and, rather than pushing surgery, were honest and thoughtful about what would — and would not — deliver the results she was hoping for. That level of integrity and patient-centered care is rare and deeply appreciated. The entire staff was professional, kind, and respectful throughout the visit. We left feeling informed, reassured, and grateful for their honesty.
