Went do Dr. Taylor for the first time today and it was a mixed bag experience. He is the 3rd ENT I've tried this year and definitely was the most informative. He seems nice and seems to have a good bedside manner which is extremely important to me. However, I am docking stars because the office looks like something straight out of the 80s, definitely needs a remodel ASAP and the level of cleanliness needs improvement in the patient rooms! And his office does not validate parking which I find ridiculous, I paid $8 for 1.5 hours. The jury is still out if I will continue with him or not going forward.

Scammer. Horrible doctor. How in the world does this person treat ears and is a dermatologist as well? A mess. I went to this person because I was dealing with bad seasonal allergies. He said it was because I had an ear infection. He used some technological tool to suction out my ears. It felt awful and painful. Then, it left me with one ear clogged. He told me to come back to him in a week and he'd fix it and not go to the doctor. I was feeling dizzy and confused so I'm glad I did go to the doctor. They cleaned my ears the proper way and everything was unclogged. When I went back to him he had an attitude with me because I went to the doctor and I told him that I was not going to be dizzy and in pain for an entire week waiting on an appointment from him. He then took a look at my face and charged me 300 dollars for his horrible Obaji skincare that he sells in his office. That skincare was trash and left my skin so sensitive and dry. Then, when I looked at the packaging, it said the skincare was for normal to oily skin; which made me mad because my skin is dry and sensitive, and he should've never sold me that crap if he knew my face was not oily. That's why the crap didn't work for me. I ended up buying skincare on my own after doing my own research for 40 dollars total across the entire skincare line and I will never go back to this person again. Horrible physician, horrible person. Not to mention, his office is ugly, dirty, and NO ONE is EVER in the office but him and one secretary. He doesn't even see any patients. Trash place. Go somewhere else, STAT.

Do not waste your time or money. Went to him for a simple chalazion removal after 2.5 months of having one and 2 months after surgery (the recovery period) it looks worse. Post-op he told me to WAIT and I had to beg him to use injection steroids as it can be very effective during a follow-up but I will not be at that follow up. Inj steroids is usually standard care when performing these surgeries or even prior to surgery but none were used and I had to beg for any to be even considered. Have surgery with another provider on Friday.

Dr. Taylor is a quack. I went into his office with pain and pressure in my ears. He prescribed me OTC Flonase and to routinely hold my nose/blow (like when on an airplane) and the cause was seasonal allergies and possibly even hearing loss (I'm under 30 btw) I was skeptical, but he's the doctor, so I bought the Flosnase and did as told. Two days later my symptoms only got worse and I was SO uncomfortable. I went to a different ENT doctor who immediately diagnosed me with a double ear infection and said they were flabbergasted that Dr. Taylor was not able to diagnose me only two days prior as my symptoms were extremely clear. I needed two rounds of antibiotics for my infection to clear 100%. What's worse? Dr. Taylor's office sent me a hefty bill (4 months later may I add) and when I called to dispute was slapped with attitude and no absolve. I'll have to dispute through my insurance now. I'll also add that the office was dirty and cluttered with stains on Dr Taylor's lab coat. I would be shocked if anyone decided this practice was trustworthy of facial plastic surgery let alone treating regular ear/nose/throat issues.

Please NEVER, Never go to this inexperienced pathetic excuse for a physician. He performed sinus surgery on my son and punctured his septum (lining between his nose bridge). He sent him home with no medication and refused to acknowledge his pain, then tried to blame the primary physician for his mistake! I had to take my son up to Yale New Haven hospital to fix what Dr. Duwayne had done! The man is despicable!!!!!!!!
