I couldn’t have had a more competent and wonderful surgeon than Dr. Cytryn who was kind, caring, warm and patient when I had my ptosis surgery. His staff and surgical team were outstanding, too. Very much appreciated the post surgical care with phone calls. Thank you, Dr. Cytryn and the team. Well done! My vision is restored now - Hurrah!!

I came here for a consultation today regarding an upper and lower blepharolplasty proceedure that I am interested in. So far the process to set-up the appointment has been seamless. The person who I made the appointment with was very nice, and she even emabled me to re-schedule without any extra cost involved. They called me the day before the consultation as expected to confirm my new appointment. The Doctor was extremely informative and I could tell that he is a highly experienced Oculoplastic Surgeon. He gave me several options to think about whichnincluded fat grafting, and laser resurfacing. I have learned a lot from this Doctor. He also told me that he will be retiring this year so if you want a very experienced oculoplastic surgeon, now is the time to see him

I had minor congenital ptosis in my right eye that has bothered me for over 10 years. I had 3 other doctors tell me they were not willing to do surgery. Dr. Cytryn was amazing. He explained everything, answered all my questions, and charged a fair price. It is generally more difficult to fix ptosis when working on one eye but he did a great job and I am super happy with the results. He uses the internal approach so I don't have a scar and the recovery was very easy, no pain just some swelling for 2 weeks. THANK YOU

I had the pleasure of being referred to Dr. Cytryn about 18 months ago regarding a birth defect that included a 7th nerve palsy in my right eye. He conducted orbital reconstruction and eye lid improvements to align both of my eyes in a symmetrical way His patience and enthusiasm bringing me through the process for each surgery was a welcome and most needed breath of fresh air. He has done wonderful work and I thank him so much for everything he did for me over the course of 4 surgeries We share a love for golf and ot get like more of a personal relationship instead of a doctor/patient He is a great doctor and recommend him to everyone. Thanks again

If I could give zero stars, I’d give them a negative five. Imagine living in the year 2025 — where cars can drive themselves, AI writes novels, and you can order groceries by yelling at your phone — yet this medical clinic somehow can’t send a simple address by text or email. That’s right. I had to cancel my appointment because the receptionist refused to send me the address. Not couldn’t. Refused. Like it was a state secret or something. I wasn’t asking for a retinal scan — just the address. Apparently, this clinic believes communication technology peaked with the fax machine. Maybe they still think pagers are cutting edge. Honestly, if your office can’t handle sending a basic text in 2025, what are you doing operating medical equipment? Smoke signals? Carrier pigeons? If this is how they handle a simple message, I don’t even want to imagine what “oops” moments look like when it comes to something as important as your eyes. I’m not trusting my vision — or my time — to a place that’s still living in the dial-up era. You can’t convince me you’re ready to handle lasers and lenses when you can’t handle email. Zero stars. Zero common sense. 100% outdated.
