I got the Salmon DNA treatment (mesotherapy) done yesterday, and my experience was truly amazing. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive. At every step, they kept checking on me asking if I was okay, if I was comfortable, and if I was feeling any pain. Their level of care and attention to detail made me feel so valued as a patient. Being a doctor myself, I could really appreciate the quality of patient service they provided. It genuinely made me feel like, wow this is how patient care should be. They were extremely professional, caring, and very sensitive throughout the entire process. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend it.

Got my teeth whitened here and it was such a great experience! The staff were super friendly and welcoming. They walked me through the entire procedure and gave me a thorough consultation. The space is also really clean and modern - I felt really well taken care of. Loved how my teeth turned out, I’d definitely come back again!

Dr.Chen was very kind and professional. They took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and well cared for. The staff was also friendly, and the visit was smooth with minimal wait time. Overall, a very positive experience.

I visited this new location for Botox with Dr. Chen. I expected a high level of precision, but the experience was disappointing. The service felt rushed. Dr. Chen did not pre-mark any injection sites—a step I’ve seen every other experienced injector take to ensure accuracy. During the injections, she only had me squint or lift my brows on one side before injecting both sides in the same spots. Since no one’s face is perfectly symmetrical, this "one-size-fits-all" approach is problematic. Specifically, the injections for my lower face were placed in different spots on each side, and only 2 days later, my smile is noticeably asymmetrical! UPDATE: Management reached out in attempts to make things right, including an offer to refund my service fee. I understand that Botox takes about 10 days to take effect, and I will return and update this review at that time. However, I don't feel comfortable removing the review, given the nature of the actual appointment. I did add a star for the management's quick contact to make things right. Second update: after 1 week, my results are significantly asymmetrical. I’m feeling really bummed that I have to deal with this for the next 4 months or so. I do not recommend this place for Botox.
