Dr. Ridgway is truly exceptional. I have had a septoplasty with rhinoplasty and a lower face lift, and I am still amazed by the quality, precision, and artistry of his work. He is meticulous in every detail, and it shows in the results. Not only has my breathing improved, but the aesthetic outcome is beyond what I imagined — natural, balanced, and beautifully done. The other day I was mistaken for being in my late 20’s (I’m 40!), and a stranger even thought my husband was my father. We both laughed, but it speaks volumes about the subtle yet transformative work he does. If you’re looking for a surgeon who combines technical excellence with true artistic skill, I cannot recommend Dr. Ridgway enough. I’m so grateful for the confidence his work has given me.

Five stars are not enough! Dr. Ridgway recently did upper and lower blepharplasty (upper & lower eye lifts) for me. I look 15 years younger! Not only that, he and his staff genuinely care and go above the standard of excellence. He makes sure you understand your procedure, and makes you feel completely comfortable. And nice?? The kindest, most caring doctor I've ever met. He's been rated as Top Doctor by Seattle Metropolitan Magazine several times and has won a multitude of well-deserved local and national awards. He did my awesome Rhinoplasty over 10 years ago! I will definitely go back!!!

Best doctor and team you will find anywhere. I couldn’t be happier with the result!! I had a dog bite accident in 2018 which split my face open from nose-down to upper lip. As a female in the 20’s, I worked with countless doctors in the US and Korea to try to minimize the scar- which was doing a lot of damage in my morale. After 6 years of endless searching and procedures, just when I was about to give up, I met Dr. James in 2024. Fast forward to January 2026, I can confidently say that he’s the type of doctor you want to work with- someone who is knowledgeable and confident in his practice. He is kind and empathetic. Since the day I met him, I never felt like I’m just one small part of his day (trust me, a lot of doctors will make you feel that). I did scar revision surgery and now am going through dermabrasion to finish things up. I’m amazed everyday how the scar has healed. For someone who got the scar from a traumatic experience, the decision to go through scar revision all over again was a tough one (it’s like reliving your trauma). But Dr. James gave me the confidence and I couldn’t be more happy that I took the leap of faith. Saw Dr Ridgeway for a facial scar where he was able to drastically reduce its appearance thru microdermabrasion and some minor filler. Overall experience was awesome including initial consultation facilitation from Tessa thru scheduling, and ultimately getting the results I was seeking. Dr Ridgeway is very knowledgeable and made it easy to discuss patient options and plan of care. I would definitely recommend.
