The people from the receptionist to the nurses to the nurseassistant, to the physical therapists to the pharmacist, everybody. They were awesome, even the security people were very cordial. Nice and business like, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Even when I was made to stay in additional night. Everything about the situation was absolutely wonderful. I recommend their surgery center to anyone, now, I don't have anybody else to compare it to but they set the bar pretty high as for their care and all related services. And the people are really nice and very genuine. I thoroughly enjoyed my knee replacement surgery...As much as anyone can enjoy such a surgery

I was a late check in. My surgery was Feb 4 at 12:00. Dr Easton is a great surgeon so I knew I was in good hands with he and his team. Dr Easton performed my left hip replacement in 2023. So after surgery and recovery, it was probably around 4:30 when I got to my patient room. So I had the pleasure of getting wonderful care from the night crew. Everyone had such a friendly, caring, respectful work ethic. Great bedside manner. Everyone from kitchen staff, nurses, nurse assistants, and Phlebotomist. Everyone took that extra step and that goes a long way. I understand that the day shift is when things get a bit busier, and it did but everyone was organized and the level of care and professionalism stayed at the forefront. I was discharged and out of there by I:30. I was super impressed with the facility and the great quality care I received at all levels. Thank you.

Reception area very courteous and helpful. Blood draw nurse knowledgeable, courteous and comforting. Dr. MCcanless nurse was courteous and informative. Infusion nurse very knowledgeable, courteous, competent, comforting and helpful by answering all my questions. The nutritionist was informative and concerned for my welbeing. Felt at ease and calm given the infusion was my first. Thank-you for a great experience at a trying time.

This was the best hospital experience I’ve ever had and I’ve had 4 joint replacements and other surgeries. The nurses and other staff were attentive and kind. Most surprising was the food and it was great. It was all positive experiences and I can highly recommend them.

The surgeons, nurses, and everyone else involved with my procedure and stay in the hospital were extremely knowledgeable, supportive and kind. Top notch service from beginning to end. Thank you for helping me during my stay in your hospital. Our Lady of the Lake is an exceptional hospital.
