My pcp referred me to Dr Dean and what a blessing it was. I had suffered from shoulder ,neck and back pain for years due to my extremely large breast. No matter what bra I tried nothing never seems to help. I went for my consult in April 2025 and was very impressed with Dr Dean he knew exactly what I was going through and was very sympathetic the whole consult he made me feel comfortable and I knew I was in good hands. His office is very sleek and clean. I was greeted when I walked in the office and I didn’t have to wait long at all. I was called to back where I met Lindsey who is Dr Dean Nurse. She is awesome! She answered all my questions and was very informative. My surgery date was May14th. It went smooth as I could have wanted went home that day. Very little pain. My post op was May 23rd. Dr Dean and Lindsey were fantastic as usual! I would recommend anyone to Dr Dean. I’m only 9 days post op and I have been pain free for 9 days no back,shoulder or neck pain! UPDATE: Three years later . Tissue never returned . Awesome work . I would never go to anyone else. A friend informed me about this surgeon- I personally saw my friends chest before his gynecomastia surgery and after . Perfect results were performed. I had a consultation- I believe on a Tuesday and had the surgery on (3 days later )Friday afternoon. I could tell the results would be perfect from the first time I was able to shower after surgery. I am post op 4 weeks and my chest is perfect. I am very impressed, to say the least . Dr. John Dean is truly an amazing surgeon . I highly recommend him to any bodybuilders suffering from gynecomastia.

Dr. Dean is an outstanding surgeon and he takes his time to explain everything from A-to-Z. I couldn’t be more happy with the different types of procedures I’ve had over the past eight years as a patient of Dr. Dean’s. His bedside manners are very loving and kind. The office staff are always on time and everyone is so friendly! Highly recommend him. 8 star

Finding the office was very easy. It's located inside of the Womens Hospital located on Rue de La Vie, on the fourth floor. The office was nicely decorated and well lit. Mrs. Yolanda was very polite, helpful and nice. She got me checked in and registered in a timely fashion. It was my first consultation and the wait time to verify everything and fill out the paperwork was about 35-60 mins total. Nicole came and got for the appointment and did all the necessary questions and took the pictures. She was very nice and informative she answered all the questions I had. Dr. Dean seemed really nice, informative and straight to the point. He's board certified and has plenty credentials. He explained what he could do to help my situation pertaining to my back. We definitely will talk about the pros and cons; I have a few more questions I thought of. I’ve read quite a few reviews about him and still processing it all… So far so good. I will update my review with my next appointment.
