Advanced Surgical Care-Baton

The staff was wonderful and comforting. I was promptly seen and surgery was performed without any issues. All the staff introduced themselves and acted like I was the only patient in their care. Their only priority. I was asked multiple times why I was there and where my surgery was to performed indicating a true sense of understanding that prevention is key to not making mistakes. The staff even speaking to each other spoke highly of the facility and their love of their job there. I would highly recommend.

Had a great experience with all involved staff. Thank you to nurses Gary, Norman, and Donna for making me extremely comfortable throughout my entire procedure. Check in was easy and painless, anesthesia was friendly and informative, nurses were the best around.

I had a surgical procedure here today and was not impressed at all. I was sent home with no dressing, not even a band aid over the surgical incision. my throat is so sore apparently from the tube that was stuck done my throat that i cannot swallow. when i was taken into the OR i still didn’t know what type of anesthesia I was being given… I was told “probably general” Never again! I was not impressed with the Dr either. I would not recommend this facility at all.

Not pleased at all! Will NEVER schedule another procedure at this venue ever again. Nothing like making someone dehydrated prior to a surgery… it’ll be four hours after her scheduled procedure by the time they bring her to the back. DO NOT schedule with this facility!

Just had surgery here and wasn’t impressed. When they called to give me my surgery time, they gave me the wrong time and had told me not to listen to anyone else that that was the correct time. It wasn’t. So I had to wait another hour after I got there for my surgeon to finish their first surgery because I was apparently late for my ACTUAL surgery time. The staff was somewhat friendly but didn’t appear to be very knowledgeable or capable. They don’t access medi-ports here, so if you’re like me and only have 1 or 2 half-way decent veins, you might be out of luck.
