Incredibly pleased with my recent surgery performed by Dr. Cohen at Belcara. I performed my due diligence and consulted with four surgeons in total to discuss my case and the aesthetic outcomes I was expecting. I felt most at ease with Dr. Cohen - he didn't seem rushed, listened well, and explained in detail how we could achieve the look I wanted. Dr. Cohen also demonstrated a lot of integrity by being honest with me about procedures he felt wouldn't serve me well and he was absolutely right in his assessment. He certainly didn't let me down and did exactly as he promised. This was my 3rd procedure of this kind and by far the most successful surgical outcome. I am very excited for my new, improved and natural look. The whole center is beautiful and the nursing staff is gracious and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone considering breast augmentation surgery, revision, or other cosmetic procedures.

A friend of mine recommended Dr. Cohen when I initially expressed an interest in getting a breast lift and augmentation after breastfeeding three kids and losing confidence. I had my consultation a year ago and although he was very professional, and the staff was amazing, I wasn’t ready to move forward. After a full year of going back and forth in my mind, I finally decided to contact Martha and schedule the procedure. She remembered me and sent me all of the details from our consult a year ago. I felt so cared for and motivated in that moment that I booked immediately. To say that I’m satisfied with the entire procedure and results would be an understatement. The staff is absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. So kind, caring and responsive! Dr. Cohen is a true artist and knew exactly what I wanted through my poor attempts to explain. He asked the right questions and fit my procedure into my lifestyle and overall goals. The surgery was easy and the recovery was so simple. I have my confidence back and am so happy I decided to get it done.

Dr. Cohen is outstanding! He was extremely professional, charismatic, and genuinely cares about his patients. He is a brilliant surgeon and did a great job in explaining the procedure to me, along with addressing my concerns. The staff is also outstanding and everyone was extremely helpful. The facility is extremely clean during the pandemic and they respect COVID-19 mandates. Dr. Cohen did a phenomenal job, and I am so much more comfortable in my body now.

Dr. Cohen is a phenomenal surgeon with exceptional skill and bedside manner! He is very approachable and down to Earth. He attentively listened, offered good advice and gave me all the time I needed to have all of my questions and concerns answered. He discussed all of my options in detail and we both agreed on the final implant CCs based on his recommendation. He made me feel very comfortable and I felt confident trusting him going into the surgery. The results were amazing. My breast implants looked natural and beautiful. His staff was very nice as well! I would absolutely go back to Dr. Cohen if I had to do it all over again! He is the best!!

I had three major surgeries done with Dr Cohen in 2021. The first surgery was abreast augmentation without implants. I chose to use a fat graft to smooth out rough areas. It did not take. I was told the odds were fantastic of them lasting for years. I think I just got a few months out of it. The second surgery I had was a tummy tuck. My stomach is harder due to the muscles now being stronger but I do not have a smooth flat stomach. I was told I would. I still look like I have a pooch. The third surgery I had was liposuction on my inner and outer thighs and around my back area. It does not look like it was completed at all on the outer thighs. On the inner thighs, now I have wrinkly skin. That's the one thing they don't tell you is now that the fat is gone, you have saggy skin. So you solve one problem but now you have a new one. I went and got a second opinion from another doctor. He told me he wouldn't touch my legs but he could try and slim my stomach a little more. But it would cost me another $4,000. I have terrible scars on my stomach and my breasts. It's embarrassing for me to explain that a plastic surgeon caused my scarring to other doctors. When I confronted Dr Cohen about my concerns and how upset I am about my results, I was told he could correct some of the stuff for more money. I felt like my expectations were realistic. I did not want to look years younger or fake. Dr Cohen assured me I was a fantastic candidate for all the surgeries that I requested. I just wanted to feel more confident about my body. My recommendation for anybody thinking about plastic surgery would be to understand that you are not one and done when getting surgery. You will need to go back to get more imperfections fixed. Those surgeries will cost you as well.
