I have had the pleasure and the gift of receiving Tara's exceptional treatment during facials and, most recently, during PRP with my own plasma (Please do not tell my husband..I'm not sure he can get his head around it). I had my first microneedling (+peel) experience recently with Tara Fox at Charm City Plastic Surgery and it could not have gone better! Prior to booking the service, I met with Tara for a skin consultation to talk through the state of my skin, my goals, etc. Tara was kind, knowledgeable, and so helpful. She even took the time to write up a treatment plan with detailed notes and product recommendations based on what we had chatted about that she emailed to me after the consultation. It is very apparent that she really cares. The procedure itself a few weeks later went great, was pain-free, and the recovery has been easy; I can’t wait for my next round! It was my first time going to Charm City Plastic Surgery and I felt welcome as soon as a I walked in! I booked with Tara for their signature Menopause 2 hour facial for my birthday and have to say it was amazing! Tara is very knowledgeable and gentle and easy to talk to. I felt so relaxed and pampered. The place was clean and beautiful. Tara took great care of me. My skin felt amazing afterwards . She followed up with recommendations for my skin. Today I had the most incredible facial with Tara. I’d seen her instagram videos and was so excited to try this treatment out myself. From the moment she greeted me, her warmth and charm shone through, and she was such a calming presence. The treatment I chose was the buccal facial and from start to finish it was phenomenal. With the perfect amount of pressure throughout the massage portions, Tara seems to be incredibly in-tuned to what was needed. I spent the whole treatment feeling like I was ready to drift off to sleep and walked out of the room feeling like I was floating on air. If you are on the fence about trying this, just do it! You won’t regret it!
