Baltimore Children's Surgery Center

All aspects of my experience with Baltimore Children's Surgery Center were handled professionally and with the appropriate level of urgency. Communication was always clear, concise, and timely. Day of the procedure was also top tier. My child is on the spectrum and the staff was patient and well equipped to handle children that are neurodivergent. The facility was what you would expect from a surgical center with a very comfortable waiting area for parents. After the procedure, the dentist was very thorough with explaining everything that was performed and any required follow up. The only part of my experience that I was uncomfortable with was the expense, but that's the price of healthcare these days and you get what you pay for. I'm thoroughly satisfied with the treatment my child received. Hopefully we won't have to return, but I will happily come back knowing that my children are in very capable and caring hands.

This was our first time here and we LOVED the waiting area and they made me and my son feel so welcomed. Everyone here is so nice and professional. Kept me updated every step. From the front desk, nurses, anesthesiologist and the dental surgeon, everyone is wonderful. I definitely recommend. 10/10 Thank you guys for everything.

I have a 6 yr old child with autism / nonverbal and I was a little skeptical about having oral surgery for my child,.but they made me feel like it was a safe place and they assured me that everything will be fine. They told me everything that they were going to do step-by-step and going home instructions very easy for me to follow. I would definitely recommend this place especially if you have a special needs child.

The surgery center provided excellent care for my child. The entire staff was friendly and took the time to explain the procedure, what to expect, and how long it would take. I was extremely nervous since it was the first time my child had general anesthesia, but the doctor and anesthesiologist came out beforehand and explained everything clearly, which helped ease my concerns. The post-op process was also very fast—less than 10 minutes. Overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend this surgery center. 10 out of 10 care.

I was really impressed overall . It’s so nerve wrecking when your little one has to go under anesthesia. The staff was amazing from the front desk to the Drs down to the nurses. Very organized . Super kid friendly. Would highly recommend . A great waiting area with Netflix and snacks .
