Good morning my name is Maurice Owens, I am a a patient of Dr. Cone and Katlien. From the start Shania Kellejian and Crystal treated my wife and I with the upmost respect and gratitude. I have never been so confident with a surgeon in all of my 48 years on earth. I am a retired Certified Chef 23 year “Retired Army Veteran” My wife is a retired Criminal Investigator 20 years service. Dr. Cone and his staff has a tremendous respect and regard for Army Veterans and their family!!! I am so impressed he and his staff will be the “ONLY” Plastic Surgeon Practice we will ever go to. I had a lot of medical challenges prior to my surgery but Katlien has been so user friendly and very precise and keen on any of my medical history. I have never had someone care for me the way she did, and follow up with me and my wife instantly after surgery to ensure I am good to go. As a matter of fact I had three follow ups, if you are in a Private practice you need to go to WellSprings Plastic Surgery” because they will show you how it’s done. My wife and i’s confidence with Dr. Cone and staff is off the charts!!! I am blessed to have found them on a YouTube advertisement. Dr. Cone, Crystal, and Katelin have helped me, all with profound kindness and compassion, through restoring my appearance after a very unfortunate dog bite to my face. Two staff members at Wellspring have suffered dog bites in their past, so their ability to sincerely empathize with me has been absolutely priceless and filled me with trust and confidence throughout this process. They explained their treatment plan in layman's terms that I could easily understand, and I appreciate their maximally natural approach. The surgery itself went really well, and with their great advice the recovery process was easy and maximized the results. My appearance is dramatically improved and I am so grateful for their exceptionally wonderful care!
