First Dr Buckspan was our surgeon. Whom I don't believe is there anymore. He is amazing. He did both mine and my daughter's surgeries. Everything went perfect. I just happen to find out by accident that when you have an implant replaced and it is not very old. That Mentor will pay part of the replacement fees. Well i paid up front. Which is normal. The total price. Then they received money from Mentor. Never refunding me. When I found out yrs later and called. The office manager said. And i quote. You signed the form for it to come to us and i responded but i paid in full up front. So I essentially gave them a 2400.00 tip. Cause the will not refund it. Now they will not take my calls. I am sure i am not the first but I am going to do everything in my power to make sure they don't do this to others in the future

There are better med spas. Just a cash grab. They do not have the best interest of their clients at heart. A lack of communication all around, not very warm or inviting. I had a laser hair removal package that I bought for 6 sessions, due to a lack of communication/ miscommunication on THEIR part, I was no where near any type of good results when the package ended. I tried to request another treatment because I was extremely unsatisfied and Briana basically said there was nothing she could do. I then proceeded to share how that was unacceptable when my results only looked like I had 3 sessions done and after I mentioned how I wanted to talk to her boss, THEN she decided that they could accommodate with one free session. I am grateful for that but the whole situation came off extremely ageist and definitely left me with a sour taste in my mouth. I also bought two other laser packages after going in for a consultation to make sure I would qualify as a good hair removal candidate in those areas. They said everything looked good after my final session for both areas, but the hair reduction (or lack there of) looks the exact same as when I went in for my first session. It wasn’t always like this, it definitely went downhill.
