INSPIRE Surgery Centre

I had such a great experience! My nurse, Tess, welcomed me in and took me right to my own curtained area to change. Right away we went through legal stuff, got my iv set, and took a few meds. I then had the opportunity to meet my anesthesiologist (Dr. Parker I think), both nurses and of course my surgeon - all of this took just under an hour or so. She walked me to the OR room, and the anesthesiologist made me feel so comfortable. He let me know he was giving me something to calm my nerves and later asked if I felt it, I honestly said no and he joked "well, that let's me know where you're at." The last thing I remember was him telling me to take a few deep breaths and I fell asleep. I barely remember waking up or them taking me to the car, but my husband said check was an easy process from when the nurse called him to taking me home.

I had my breast reduction done here in 2018 and it was a great experience! The staff were all SO sweet and supportive, and I really appreciated that the doctor listened to what I wanted. I went to a woman specifically because I was worried a male doctor might try to persuade me not to go so small so it “matched my frame”. I didn’t care about matching, I cared about my comfort and she never once questioned my choice! The surgery and recovery went very smoothly, and my scars today are very minimal. I still remember at the appointment after my surgery, they were checking to make sure I had proper sensation, including the areola and such. I made a joke about her needing to pay me after, and they all laughed. It’s really nice when your care team has a good sense of humor!

Hands down the best experience from the start to finish. I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Reid and his staff. Beyond happy with my results!

I have had 2 surgeries here, and each time, everything went well, and the staff were great.

The staff are so professional and kind. They really have great bedside manners & that’s so crucial to recovery. Highly recommend.
