Such a wonderful experience every time! Everyone is so kind and welcoming. I get my facials done by Zoel, and she has the softest, most gentle touch. I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed

Lauren for Botox is the best I’ve sent several people to her and they all also love her! Works with you and will customize your plan.

I will travel from Johns Creek to come to Lux to see Lauren for Botox and fillers. She is truly an artist and keeps things natural. The staff is friendly and fun and I always enjoy my time there!

This place is so unorganized and has generally declined in quality over the years. Everything from their booking platform to their menu of services feels dated. While other medspas are offering trendy and innovative treatments along with variety, these guys seem stuck in prehistoric times, relying on services that worked years ago but are steadily aging out of the market. My biggest gripes the lack of consistency with services, booking, and Alle points. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult for the front desk to look at an esthetician’s schedule and book an open date. On multiple occasions, it’s turned into all-day phone tag just to find availability, which is ridiculous. Then at checkout, they’re consistently forgetful about adding Alle points. I’ve had to chase them down three separate times now, and this last experience is just exhausting. I’m not getting those points this time because I give up on reminding people to do their job and being polite about it when I’m actually annoyed. This is not a busy enough office to be unable to spare 30 seconds for a simple request that should’ve been handled at checkout. On top of that, their best esthetician has a very limited schedule. A former esthetician was extremely skilled and knowledgeable, but she’s apparently been gone for a few months now. No wonder things have noticeably declined. That leaves who I believe is a mediocre replacement (initials S.M.). On my most recent visit, she didn’t include a service I essentially paid for and told me it wasn’t part of the special. I told her it was in the email I received and sent screenshots showing that it was included, yet she claimed my skin barrier wouldn’t allow for it. If that’s the case, why not substitute it with a more appropriate service? The solution shouldn’t be having me overpay for less than I expected, and pairing it with mediocrity feels like highway robbery. Anyway, one star is the best they’re getting from me. Their best years are behind them as long as they continue operating the way they are.
