I had such a great experience with this office from start to finish. The entire team is incredibly kind, welcoming, and responsive—they always answered my texts promptly, which made the whole process feel so much less stressful. Dr. Familusi was amazing. She took the time to thoroughly explain all of my options, including the risks, and answered every question I had before I even needed to ask. I felt completely informed and confident going into surgery. The procedure itself went smoothly, and I truly got exactly the results I was hoping for. At my one-week post-op appointment, they even surprised me with the sweetest little touch (I won’t spoil it for others, but it was such a thoughtful gesture!). My experience with ELEVE was exceptional from the first phone call all the way to surgery. What stood out to me right away was the genuine kindness throughout the practice. In many businesses—and often in healthcare especially—I have experienced environments where there is an unspoken expectation that you need to behave a certain way or defer to the system. At ELEVE, I was able to communicate directly, be myself, and clearly state my needs without feeling like I had to walk on eggshells or worry that someone would take my communication style personally. That kind of healthy culture is rare, and it speaks volumes about the team they’ve built. Yarisbeth was amazing. She went the distance to track down my implant card from a surgeon I saw 27 years ago, even though I couldn’t even remember his name. She then helped get me scheduled quickly for my initial consultation February 9, and I was able to have surgery by March 12, which felt incredible given how long many practices take. #UnbelievableTurnaround The pre-operative visit was extremely informative and very thorough. My surgery at the Midtown outpatient surgery center was also a great experience. I especially want to thank Nurse Jenny. When she first took my blood pressure it was high because I was both excited and anxious about the procedure. Instead of simply recording the number and moving on, she said she didn’t believe that reading and took it again. The second reading came down to 124/92, which really showed her attentiveness and experience. Dr. Familusi was excellent, and the entire process—from surgery to recovery and getting safely to the car—was handled smoothly and thoughtfully. I also appreciated that all of my prescriptions were called in before surgery so I could go home and rest. I’m incredibly grateful that ELEVE was able to remove implants that had been in place for 27 years. In a world where healthcare often can be cold, mechanical, and impersonal—and even more so in a healthcare-dominant state like Georgia—you would think genuine care would already be the gold standard. But the truth is, if we never see what is crooked, how would we ever recognize a straight line? If we never experience what is cold and impersonal, how would we know the difference when something is warm, attentive, and truly hospitable? My experience with ELEVE reminded me what that gold standard actually looks and feels like. And perhaps the reason I feel so grateful is that when something truly good stands in front of you, it becomes unmistakable—like wheat clearly separated from the chaff. ELEVE stands out as a place where competence, kindness, and genuine care still lead the way.

The atmosphere just entering the practice was very calming, clean, nicely put together. I met Yarisbeth who I had communicated with prior to my appointment, she was just as lovey as she was on the phone. I was asked if I needed to use the restroom or wanted a drink of water which was really nice. I felt relaxed before I even seen Dr. Family's, after meeting the Dr. And discussing my concerns, I felt heard and understood. Dr. Familusi was up front with me concerning doing surgery, in depth explained the issue I was having and thoroughly awnsered my questions. I am completely comfortable with Dr. Familusi performing my procedure that I already made the decision to have it scheduled. I am thankful that I met the team at e'leve' plastic & reconstructive surgery and look forward to my transformation.
