Dr. Alan Larsen - Buckhead Plastic Surgery, Buckhead Location

I am just over one week post op from a TT with muscle repair, flank liposuction, and a breast lift. Dr Larsen and his staff have been amazing! They helped calm my fears, make sure that I was ready for surgery and post op, and their follow up care is amazing. Dr Larsen has the most amazing bedside manner and makes you feel so comfortable. His staff have been kind, caring, and willing to answer the multitude of questions that I have had both before and after surgery. While it is early and I cannot yet see the final results of my surgery, i can already tell that i'm going to be thrilled. My stomach is flatter than I could ever have imagined, and my breasts look absolutely amazing! I cannot recommend Dr Larsen and his staff highly enough!

Nearly a decade ago when eyebrow Microblading was becoming really popular, I decided to treat myself to the service. I wasn’t really sure where to go so I just started searching Google. I found out that BPS had a spa with an esthetician who could do it. When I walked into the lobby I was greeted by what seemed like 100 screens all showing Dr. Larsen’s work on breasts. I was mesmerized! I’d been wanting a breast reduction forever but it was on the back burner. I made a mental note to add BPS to the “list” of potential plastic surgeons for my future boob job. I visited the office 2 or 3 more times for touch-ups on my brows and each time I was fixated on all those breasts in the lobby, and I also got to briefly meet Dr. Larsen. Life happens and years go by and finally I get serious about having my breast reduction. I got my annual mammogram and received referrals from my doctor. I researched them all and none impressed me like the work I’d seen from Dr. Larsen, who I never forgot, and I decided to book a consultation. The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. When I spoke to someone on the phone, they gave me all the info about cash pay versus insurance and we decided to try the insurance route. I was expecting to meet with Dr. Larsen’s nurse in my first appointment, but in he walks with the biggest smile and best disposition. We chatted and he examined my breasts and gave me my options. Out of the blue he says, “Have you been here before?” I told him about coming in years before and how all the breasts on the wall in the lobby is what brought me back; they’ve since remodeled. Anyway, I do all the things to get the ball rolling but insurance denies my procedure. I was devastated but willing to pay cash if I had to, but it meant putting it off a little longer. I reached out to the office to let them know I’d have to wait and was informed that a lady named Alex would now be assisting me. She resubmitted all the paperwork for an appeal and maybe a week later sent me a text letting me know she was on the phone with the hospital scheduling my surgery! I was literally crying tears of joy. I won’t get into all the details of the hoops that had to be jumped through with insurance, but I was finally on the books for 11/17/25. I am now 15 days post-op and absolutely LOVE my new and improved breasts. Dr. Larsen did such a great job and he did it like I was one of his wealthy housewives patients and not some charity insurance case😂. I am still healing and in touch with the office regularly to answer any questions I have. Everyone there is great, but Alex holds a very special place with me because she went above and beyond every single time there was a hurdle. I can’t say enough about my amazing experience at Buckhead Plastic Surgery. If I ever decide to have any other work done, this is the ONLY place I’ll go. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had an absolutely incredible experience with Dr. Alan Larsen and his entire team—truly a 12/10! From my very first consultation, I felt welcomed, heard, and completely at ease. The staff was warm, personable, and genuinely attentive to all of my concerns, which gave me a strong sense of confidence going into my procedure. I’m especially grateful for Dr. Larsen’s expertise and guidance. I’ve had two previous breast augmentations with implants placed under the muscle (by a different surgeon), and over time—especially with my active fitness lifestyle—I began experiencing upper chest pain and noticeable changes in appearance. Dr. Larsen recommended switching to over-the-muscle placement, and it was absolutely the right decision. Just a few days post-op, I already feel a huge difference. The chest pain is gone, and my new implants look amazing! I’m honestly blown away by how much better I feel, both physically and aesthetically.
