I was referred to Dr. Sheela Saidha by my PC and I'm very happy he did, she is personable, kind and patient. Dr. Saidha listened, asked me key questions and performed an in office CT scan. She determined surgery was needed which she performed in the Specialty Care outpatient suite. My life has improved 100%. Thank you Dr. Saidha

I recently underwent nasal and sinus surgery with Dr. Saidha, and I am very pleased with the entire experience. The doctor took time to explain the procedure clearly, answered all my questions, and helped ease my anxiety before surgery. The surgery itself was successful, and my breathing has improved significantly. My sinus pressure and headaches have reduced, and I am finally sleeping better at night. The recovery process was well managed, and both the doctor and staff checked on me regularly and guided me through each step. Dr. Saidha is a skilled and caring surgeon, and the team was always professional, kind, and supportive. I am very grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend Dr. Saidha to anyone needing nasal or sinus surgery.

Very excited to have been recommended this doctor. Everything has been great so far. It’s a scary journey but I’m confident I’m in the best hands.

Front desk woman working today, is highly unprofessional. After checking me in for my 2:30 appointment, I ignored her initial odd attitude. she took another call and after getting off the phone she proceeded to walk to another room away from the patient waiting area to complain very loud and clear “I don’t know why patients are suddenly calling in lately and asking for Dr.___ that doctor is so nasty!” I could not make out what doctors name was said, or get an implied gender they are. But I found the experience to be incredibly unprofessional and uncomfortable. When a woman came to take me to a room to be seen for basic intake information for my appointment before my scheduled doctor would see me, the woman couldn’t comprehend enough English to understand basic questions such as “how many doctors are in this office and what are their names”. I asked 8x before she decided to leave the room. In the process of leaving she decided to speak to the front desk person I initially relayed previously stated, and informed her I had complained about something she had said, with my door open and standing in the doorway, disregarding privacy. To which the front desk woman immediately met it with overtly confident denial. My doctor came out and was happy to listen privately but unfortunately failed me because she did not provide any statement or promise to ensure the front desk woman’s lack of professionalism would be addressed, and did not offer me a point of contact to submit a complaint to a potential manager upon request, and ended up declining previously approved care by more than one professional, indicating I needed a tonsillectomy based off my history. She was happy to decline services and walk me out most likely due to the above experience. There is little to no accountability in health care. I highly recommend patients looking for ENT care to go elsewhere. I wouldn’t consider this place in the future. I am angry I even wasted the time to drive here and spend $75 for my visit on my day off. I want my money back.
