If I could give 10 stars I would! From the receptionists, to the clinical assistants , to the insurance managers and most exceptionally to DR HONG ! My questions and concerns were always answered respectfully and patiently. I was completely at ease pre/ during/ post cataract surgery. If you need eye surgery, this is the place and Dr HONG is a highly qualified surgeon and a kind man. You will be in good hands. Kudos to this very professional, friendly, and well run eye specialty team!

Dr. Hong is truly an exceptional ophthalmologist. Throughout the entire process, I felt I was in the best hands. He combines outstanding surgical skill with a warm, caring personality that immediately puts you at ease. He explains everything clearly, answers questions patiently, and never makes you feel rushed. His entire team is professional, organized, efficient, and works incredibly hard to make the whole experience smooth and reassuring. I chose monovision cataract surgery with toric lenses to correct my astigmatism, and I could not be happier with the results. I no longer need glasses or contact lenses—even for reading my iPhone first thing in the morning! That feeling is incredible! If you are considering cataract surgery, I personally would not hesitate for a second to recommend Dr. Hong. In my experience, there is simply no need to look elsewhere. The clinic was a very beautiful aesthetically place first of all pleasing to the eye all the staff were very calm, accommodating and knowledgeable and everything that they were doing. They were very kind to other patients as I observed how they treated people with canes and wheelchairs that needed extra help. They were very kind to me. They explained everything very well to me. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone that needs any extensive eye care. Dr. Wood was very very nice.

Have had eye irritation for 10 years after seeing 3 different eye docs- the brilliant Dr A. Hong resolved it pretty much immediately with antibiotic and cyclosporine drops. my eyes are no longer dry and irritated. thank- you again. Peter.

I made an appointment to receive a prescription for VIZZ eye drops. From day one, communication was excellent. Dr. Augustine Honk was very kind and explained everything very well about the pros and cons of the drops. I highly recommend this clinic.
