I was there yesterday for minor surgery and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything was organized beautifully, everyone was very kind. It was a great experience and I felt at ease. My surgeon Barbara Brazis is a Goddess. Consider yourself lucky if she is your doctor.

I had the best experience I could’ve asked for today. After 2 mammograms with suspicious tissue, I went in today for a biopsy at 45 yrs old. I am an employee and have been in healthcare for many years but like most, I am scare of the unknown. My nurse was Anna. She was simply amazing. Comforting me, listening to my concerns, and offering advice to help rest my mind and my nerves. Dr. Ellis has the best bedside manner and a nice smile. Explaining everything step by step which eases the nervousness of not knowing what’s going on. I could not be more proud to say I work with these professionals.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in July 2014. Just the word "cancer" is horrifying. Regardless of your family and friends support you feel alone. The breast center was my life line. They were so supportive and caring. I will never forget a wonderful woman who held my hand through the biopsy and called me several times just to see how I was or if I needed anything. I am cancer free and extremely grateful to the outstanding care and support I received. Fight the good fight! Thank you St. Peters Breast Center!

I went in the other day and the receptionist in yellow was more preoccupied with her phone than checking me in. I stood there waiting while she just stood around with her phone in her hand. She didn't even look in my direction, she almost seemed like she was ignoring me on purpose. I went up to the other receptionist after she was finally available, giving this lady the benefit of the doubt which I don't know why I did, and was immediately moved to the lady playing on her phone. So I could have checked in that entire time. I asked her twice if she saw me standing there and she just chuckled the second time. I don't know who hired her but she is clearly not interested in her job at all. Seems like the hospital is just desperate for people now.

Warning: Do NOT go to St. Peter's Breast Center. While the practitioners are great, Trinity Health is engaging in hugely deceptive billing practices... I had a needle biopsy conducted at the breast center (30 mins, local, in Ultrasound Room) ... Because they billed as an "in-hospital surgical procedure" (it was NEITHER), I'm being assessed a $500 copay. They admit that they "usually" reach out in advance to determine patient liability, but that didn't occur for an unknown reason. Hospitals like this ARE THE PROBLEM.
