DIEP flap surgery after losing an implant that another surgeon had done following my double mastectomy. I am thrilled with the results. Dr. Kim is truly a miracle worker and I feel blessed to be his patient. He changed my life. Seriously. And he’s humble and kind.

Excellent Doctor! Made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Very informative and answered all questions I asked thoroughly. Great bedside manner and overall kind doctor who wants his patients needs meet. Worked with me to coordinate a care plan I was comfortable with. Very thankful for the care and attention he showed me as I navigated my cancer diagnosis.

Dr. Ruter, who works with Dr. Kim was very thorough and understanding (when I confused the hell out of him...lol). Dr. Kim thoroughly explained the procedure, what was necessary for the procedure to go forward (including clearance from my other Dr.'s), what to expect after surgery and how difficult the recovery will be. Very soft-spoken and I appreciated the honesty.

As a BRCA 1 carrier, I made an appointment months in advance to meet Dr. Jeff Kim regarding a preventative surgery. A surgery I am incredibly anxious about. My husband and I waited one hour and twenty minutes, with no sign of Dr. Kim or follow up from a nurse. Far too long of a wait without an explanation, I could not stay any longer. I and was not stopped by anyone nor followed up with post appointment.
As a side note, I found the waiting area lacked cleanliness and based on my experience I could not recommend.
