Vive Plastic Surgery

This was my second surgery at Vive. It was the best pre- and post-operative experience I’ve ever had. The entire team is very attentive—from the reception staff to the nurses. Dr. Daniel, my surgeon, made me feel very comfortable before the procedure. I highly recommend them.

I’ve had several procedures done with VIVE and I have to say that my overall experience has been amazing and I highly recommend them. Beginning with Gabby the coordinator who is very helpful and attentive throughout the whole process. The doctors and nurses pre-Op make sure your health is in good conditions before going through surgery., they show actual concern for your overall health. My surgeon Dr. Anaya is a great doctor who tells you exactly what goes with your body shape to get the best results according to your physic love him and his honesty and are loving my results. They also have a recovery home where the nursing staff help take care of you post operation and they are very sweet and attentive and the food is very delicious and healthy. This week I came to get another procedure done and Melissa has been beyond helpful with my concerns and is great at communicating with you. My pre op labs and blood pressure weren’t in the normal range and I was very grateful that all of the staff and Dr. Gastelum made the decision to cancel my surgery because to them taking care of their patients is a priority. This really speaks greatly of VIVE because they aren’t about the money but the wellbeing of their patients. I’ve seen other clinics not care and know they would have done surgery on me regardless of the lab results, but not VIVE. I’m so happy with my results and grateful for how all the staff from VIVE medical group work and community amongst themselves and with you as the patient to make sure your safety is above all their priority. All the nurses and doctors were incredibly nice and very attentive to my concerns and needs. My nurse Christina very nice and incredibly helpful and attentive to my needs no waiting for any request needed, this nurse should be recognized and give a raise 👏. Fatima and Mauricio very nice and very helpful very caring. Overall very happy with the staff and services.. Definitely will use them again and recommend. Everyone overall Mauricio

Spend your money else where. I spent thousands and I can easily post all my treatments. DO NOT TRUST YOUR FACE BODY WITH THIS PLACE. THERE is better in Tijuana and they are so scattered, dirty, really dirty. Please trust me when i say its not worth your health, and errors. They dont care they dont remember and truly there are better dictors same price and better care. DO NOT GO HERE !!!

Avoid this facility—they seem more focused on taking your money than on genuinely caring about you as a patient. canceled my surgery because I felt very uncomfortable during my pre-operative consultation and testing. There seemed to be a lack of personal connection—the staff came across as cold and lacking empathy. I had gone straight there from the airport and was already very nervous, as I was preparing to undergo a facelift. However, the staff made me feel like they were simply trying to rush me through and move on to the next patient. I trusted my instincts and decided this was not the right place to have such a delicate procedure done, especially since it involves my face.
