The team at medical Mex make this experience such a breeze! Dr Fok was my surgeon he was amazing! Brenda (even though she doesn’t have much English) is an amazing nurse! Along with Clio and the other nursing staff! There is little to none language barrier which was even better when it came to understanding what was going on and if we couldn't understand we had the amazing Andrea come and help us out! The whole team is amazing, smiling faces everywhere and i would recommend to everyone!

Coming up on a year postop and I’m still in awe about the whole process. They make it truly easy in making sure that you are taken care of from the time that you land off of the plane when they send a driver to pick you up curbside at the airport in San Diego, to drive you over the border to Tijuana, till the time you open your eyes after surgery—the whole experience was absolutely amazing and I recommend Dr. Fok to anybody looking to get gastric sleeve he’s a great doctor and makes you feel comfortable, And truly did an amazing job with zero complications. I didn’t even have pain after surgery. the staff as well are just truly amazing If I can fly across the country alone, drive across a border to get a gastric sleeve, you can do this!! It is truly changed my life, and I am forever grateful for MedicalMEX!

I had VSG surgery there 9/5/24 and was very impressed. Everything was clean. Everyone was very nice and helpful. From the moment I was picked up in San Diego, crossing the border, the hospital, everything was safe and smooth. I was never left alone when transferring anywhere. Dr. Fok was super friendly and informative. The anesthesiologist was a sweetheart. She came in and explained the process of what she was going to do. As I went in for surgery, I had a bout of anxiety and she was talking to me and making me laugh to calm me down. The nurses were great. I’m 2 weeks post op and my incisions have almost completely healed. They’re beautiful. I’ve had no issues with the post op diet. I cannot recommend this place enough.

If your second guessing your self, don't. If your scared and nervous, don't be. Dr. FOK and his team at MedicalMex are the best. From very detailed communication and instructions from Elizbeth(she's great). To the pre conversation over the phone with Dr. FOK, made me very comfortable about the procedure. To my driver Favio, he was very cool, down to earth, very personable, he also gave good information about places to eat and things to do, and he hates the Cowboys lol. And finally the complete staff was great and very helpful. The price was great and no hidden fees, all in one everything included from procedure, to food, stay, and transportation. I couldn’t recommend this place enough! 5 stars all the way!

I had a procedure there 2 years ago and I called and asked for a copy of the procedure done I called multiple phone line but none of them were working I emailed everyone and still no answer something it’s definitely fishy about this place I honestly do not recommend..
