I would like to express my deepest and most sincere gratitude to Dr. Porras and his entire team for the incredible transformation they achieved for me. In 2022, I underwent a surgical procedure with the hope of improving my appearance; however, the results were not what I expected. Even after the surgery, my abdomen still had excess skin, and my body did not look harmonious. In addition, I was left with a very unfavorable scar. Later, I received triamcinolone injections in an attempt to improve it, but unfortunately, the opposite happened—the scar widened significantly, deeply affecting my self-esteem and the way I saw myself. Finding Dr. Porras was truly a turning point in my life. From the very beginning, he and his team provided me with confidence, professionalism, and exceptional care. Today, I can say they achieved a truly remarkable transformation: my body now looks harmonious, natural, and beautiful, and my scar—once a source of insecurity—is now aesthetic and much more discreet. Dr. Porras was amazing doing my surgery last year. I had a BBL with fat transfer. He has given me confidence in wearing jeans shorts, and dresses. I feel so happy to have met him and to have the results I have a year later. It still looks amazing!!! I would recommend him 100% Marina is amazing also.
