Sent a loved one here to get surgery with Dr. Gutierrez and I am so grateful. The kindness and respect that he and his entire staff treated my family member with. I will forever be grateful. He is an incredible surgeon and still has the best bedside manners and provides compassionate care. I am grateful! Not to mention the hospital and clinic space is so clean and stunning and they provide housing/stays within the clinic and even provide 3 meals a day included! Best place ever. I live in the states and will recommend this clinic and Dr. Gutierrez to everyone I know!!!!

I had my breast augmentation done in Tijuana by Dr. Gutierrez and honestly had an amazing experience from start to finish. The doctor and staff were so kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Everything was clean, organized, and went smoothly. Most importantly, I absolutely love my results! The hospital itself was excellent, and the nursing staff were truly exceptional — attentive, compassionate, and highly professional throughout my stay. I am incredibly happy with the outcome of my facial and neck surgery. My results look very natural and refreshed, exactly what I was hoping for. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Gutierrez.

Good Afternoon to all patients and Dr. Manual Romero Gutierrez and the Staff at his Blue Medical Building in Tijuana, Mexico. I've been calling Dr. Gutierrez since Christmas . Sent registered mail to his home in Coronado and call his 3 numbers and he refuses to return my call. I talk to Sara and girls...they say he'll call but never does. Why is he afraid to call me? We met 25 years ago and have keep intouch throughout those years...so....why is he ghosting me? He refuses to send my post op photos. His decision was to do Staple Surgery instead of stitches for my face life. And unfortunately his Unsuccesful Staple Surgery in July 2023. Google it..."staple surgery facelift." Takes anywhere from 1 to 2 hours. IN and OUT. Manual, I know you read my 4 page letter to your home...And...know I'm calling everyday. Today is 3-5-26 And tell the girls I'll be calling again after surgery 4pm. And Manual, I promise I won't bite. Ive always liked you. Just want to talk. And thank you.

This doctor is terrible. He has a weird god-complex just because he’s a surgeon, and he’s arrogant, nasty, and completely unprofessional. Dealing with him and his staff has been the worst experience of my life. He treats his own staff horribly there’s a Dr. Diego who he constantly demeans, and watching it was shocking. He does the same to his patients. He clearly has anger issues, and it shows. He ruined my breasts and left me with hideous scars. You can message me for direct photos if you want to see what this “surgeon” did. He’s cocky, long winded, and exhausting you don’t even get to the point when speaking with him. The exterior matches the interior: awful. His staff, especially his right-hand coordinator, is just as nasty. Save your money and go to a board-certified surgeon who actually cares about patients.
