TLDR: This is your doctor! I recently had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Marciales, and I can’t recommend him enough! From start to finish, my experience was seamless and incredibly supportive. The office staff were fantastic; there was no language barrier, which made everything much easier for me. They took care of all my pre-op tests, including blood work, a urine test, and an EKG, and the follow-up care was impressive, too. I really appreciated the hyperbaric oxygen therapy and lymphatic massages—they made a big difference in my recovery. My first encounter with Dr. Marciales was via Zoom, where we discussed my planned procedures: an extended tummy tuck with muscle repair, a breast lift, and lipo to my back and flanks. I stayed at The Quartz hotel in Tijuana, which was conveniently close to the New City Medical Plaza, making it super easy to attend appointments. Meeting him in person at the pre-op appointment really put my mind at ease. He’s not only personable and funny, but he also knows his stuff! When he noticed my loose back skin, he suggested a 360 tummy tuck instead, and looking back, I’m so glad he did what was best for me. Surgery was done at Hospital Angeles, and the staff there were outstanding. I stayed in Tijuana for about six days post-op. Honestly, I could have stayed longer just to enjoy their amazing care, but I was eager to recover at home. Dr. Marciales even scheduled a Zoom call to support me when it was time to remove the bandaging from my breast. Plus, I’ve been sending them photos every couple of days so they can keep track of my healing process. I’m just 34 days into my recovery, and I can already see great results! Overall, I’m thrilled with my experience and grateful to Dr. Marciales and his team for making this such a positive journey. If you're considering cosmetic surgery, I definitely recommend them!

1000/10! I wanted to leave a review because when I was deciding whether to move forward, my biggest hesitation came from reading a few comments about communication prior to surgery. I can only speak from my own experience, but mine was very positive, and I wanted to share it for anyone else doing their research. I traveled from Arizona to Tijuana for chin liposuction, and from start to finish, everything went smoothly. Communication with the coordinator leading up to the procedure was clear and consistent, and I always felt informed and taken care of. What stood out to me most was the overall level of professionalism and care. The office is clean, beautiful, and extremely well run, and every person I interacted with was kind, patient, and reassuring. The doctor himself was very honest and transparent with me about my personal situation and what results I could realistically expect, especially considering I had previous work done in the area. I really valued that openness.. it made me feel confident and respected rather than “sold” on anything. I had done thorough research beforehand and felt comfortable with the doctor’s qualifications going into it, and that confidence was only reinforced once I was in the office. All credentials and certifications are clearly displayed, but beyond that, you can immediately feel the level of experience and professionalism the moment you walk through the door. I was also a little nervous about the logistics of traveling for surgery, but the process ended up being incredibly easy. Walking across the border, taking the free shuttle, getting to the office, having the procedure, and then getting back to the border and home all happened within just a couple of hours. Everything felt organized and straightforward. I’m only seven days post-procedure and still have some swelling, so I know my results will continue to change and improve…but even at this stage, I’m already very happy. This was my first cosmetic procedure of this kind, and while I don’t have anything to compare it to, I truly couldn’t have hoped for a better experience.

Had my surgery with Dr. Marciales on 01/23/2026 and have absolutely no regrets. I love my results already and they’re going to just keep getting better. Dr. Marciales is kind, funny, and made me feel comfortable and safe. Since I’ve gotten back home, he has been quick to respond to any post op questions I’ve had and has also reached out himself just to check up on me. He’s honest, and will tell you what you’re getting into - very straightforward. I don’t believe you can ask for any better than Dr. Marciales! If you’re on the edge, do it! You won’t regret it!

I live in San Diego and recently went to Dr Marciales for liposuction of the chin. So far I have experienced minimal swelling, but no pain during or after the procedure. I am scheduled to return for my post-procedure massage soon, and I am super excited to see my final results once healed.
