My entire experience with Dr. Castillo and his team has been excellent. I immediately felt comfortable with him from the first virtual consultation to the first check-up after surgery. Dr. Castillo was the only surgeon I interviewed with that provided a "plan of action" with pictures showing where the surgery would improve. He also did not push for me to come back immediately to start my next procedures. I appreciated the thoroughness if the Team as well. They followed up with me frequently prior to the trip and during my stay. Everything was coordinated for me, from transportation to and from appointments to the hotel stay. I highly recommend Dr. Castillo!

Dr Castillo and his entire Team are phenomenal! The entire experience was almost too easy. Alejandra was my point of contact from the day I reached out for a quote all the way up to the day of surgery. My spouse and I flew into the San Diego Airport on the morning before my scheduled surgery, our driver who I will leave a separate review for was also amazing. We were picked up from the airport, driven across the border into Tijuana for my pre op appointment, where we were greeted with Hugs by Alejandra and the Hospital staff. On the day of my surgery I was extremely nervous! Dr Castillo came in and introduced himself along with literally every Dr and Nurse that would be present during my surgery! By the time I went into the OR I was comfortable and confident that I was safe and in the best hands possible! The recovery house that I stayed in afterwards was also arranged by Alejandra, Casa by Linda was a beautiful place to stay and recover from my surgery! The house was beautiful, the view from my room was amazing and the ladies that took care of me while I recovered were Angels! If you are considering Dr Castillo and are nervous about going to Tijuana for you’re surgery, DONT BE! My surgery was just over a week ago so unfortunately I am not ready to post photos but I am beyond happy with my experience and the results thus far!
