My experience at Cocoon Recovery Home was absolutely wonderful. The nurses were amazing, and compassionate. Everyone I encountered was friendly, informative, and made me feel comfortable like I was in my own home. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt safe and well cared for. The meals were absolutely amazing, I didn't ask for any snacks, as I wasn't hungry after meals. The house itself was very clean, the cleaning staff always made sure the house was spotless. I would very much so recommend Cocoon to anyone looking for a recovery home where you’re treated with kindness, and compassion. THANK YOU AGAIN TO ANDRE, SARAH, AND ALL STAFF AT COCOON RECOVERY HOME! I WILL BE BACK!!!!!

I truly enjoyed my stay at Cocoon Recovery House! The rooms were comfortable and spacious, the meals were delicious and healthy, and the nurses were outstanding! I never felt forgotten or neglected. I was very well taken care of and looked after. From help showering, laundering garments, help dressing, keeping medication schedule, delivery of meals and/or requested snacks, to changing dressings, transport to appointments and encouraging healing progress, Cocoon Recovery House is a 10! I will definitely stay here again for my next round ❤️❤️❤️❤️

My stay at Cocoon Recovery House was truly an amazing experience, and I am so grateful for the care I received during my recovery. From the moment I arrived, I felt safe, supported, and genuinely cared for. They also provided the transportation to and from the hospital for my surgery and post op visit. I stayed for a total of 11 days. The nurses — Carla, Kary, Merab, Lory, Dalia, and Adriana — were incredible. They were attentive, kind, and professional, always making sure my medications were managed correctly and my vitals were checked consistently. Their compassion and patience made such a difference during a very vulnerable time, and I always felt I was in good hands. I truly appreciate you ladies and will miss you all. I also appreciated that a doctor checked on me daily, which gave me so much peace of mind throughout my recovery. I want to give a special thank you to Neri for the post-op lymphatic drainage massages I received. They were extremely helpful, reduced discomfort and swelling, and truly played a big role in how smoothly my recovery went. Another huge thank you to Yazmin, the cook, who prepared delicious, healthy meals that supported my healing. Every meal was thoughtfully made and comforting. Cocoon Recovery House exceeded my expectations in every way. The environment was clean, calm, and perfectly set up for healing. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to recover and would highly recommend Cocoon to anyone needing post-surgery care in Tijuana.

I’ve been staying at Cocoon Recovery Home and it’s honestly been the best experience. The level of care here is incredible—they cater to you 24/7 and make sure you’re always comfortable. One of my favorite things is the call button—anytime I need help, someone comes right away without hesitation. Every day includes a massage, which has made such a difference in my recovery. After that, they help me shower and get me into clean clothes or my faja, so I always feel fresh and taken care of. They also provide three meals a day plus a midday snack, and the food is honestly so good you won’t even feel the need to order out. But if you do want something extra, you can always get Uber Eats. The flexibility is great. I also have my own private restroom and a mini-split AC unit that I can control, which makes the stay even more comfortable and personalized. Everyone here is so kind, attentive, and genuinely focused on your healing. I’m really glad I chose to stay here instead of where my doctor originally recommended. I couldn’t have asked for a better recovery experience and would highly recommend it to anyone.
