I’m scheduled for my mommy makeover next month, and I couldn’t be more excited! This will actually be my third time visiting Ciplastic. I had procedures done in 2015 and again in 2019, and I absolutely love Dr. Hermes Pelayo. Dr. Pelayo is incredibly professional, caring, and honest. He truly cares about his patients and always focuses on delivering beautiful, natural results while making sure you are healthy both physically and mentally before any procedure. The facility is spotless, modern, and beautiful, and the staff is amazing. I usually travel alone without a support person, but they always make me feel so cared for and treated like family. They constantly check on me and keep me company throughout my stay. I recommend you stay at their facility for the after care, they feed you, help you shower and take care of you right at the facility. Many of my family members and friends have also gone to Ciplastic, and we all love our experiences there. I highly recommend them if you are considering plastic surgery. The prices are very affordable, and with Dr. Pelayo’s many years of experience, you truly feel like you’re in great hands!

My wife trusted this clinic with a procedure that was supposed to improve her appearance and confidence. Instead, she has experienced facial asymmetry, numbness, and ongoing concerns that have significantly affected her emotionally and professionally. She owns a business and works face-to-face with customers every day, so these changes have had a serious impact on her confidence and livelihood. One of our biggest concerns relates to the consent process. English is my wife's primary language, yet important documents were presented in Spanish. We also experienced communication difficulties with staff during the process. We have retained videos and records of our interactions because we believe they may be important in understanding exactly what information was provided and how consent was obtained. We have repeatedly sought answers regarding her condition and recovery, but many questions remain unresolved. Because of the physical, emotional, and professional impact this situation has had on my wife, we are currently consulting with legal professionals to better understand our rights and evaluate all available options, including potential legal action. Patients deserve clear communication, informed consent, transparency regarding risks, and proper post-operative support. We hope our experience encourages others to ask detailed questions and fully understand all aspects of a procedure before proceeding.
