I love the service at Baja Plastic! They have the best service. The doctor was very helpful to help with my case. The nurses were very sweet and they help me laugh and relax during my procedure. I will definitely come back again.

Dr.Alfonso Vargas is by far the best! I had a liposuction 360 and BBL surgery was done last year. He and his wonderful staff have made me feel at home answering all my Questions without any hesitation! but with the help of Dr.Alfonso Vargas and his team I felt so comfortable going into surgery knowing they were all by my side! I have had acne in my teenager years with deep pit scarring left over so my grandma recommended this place to me. I have tired everything in the book to smooth my skin out and the C02 laser I received changed my life ! I will have to go back for 2 more sessions but I can honestly say I have my confidence back and everyone there was so sweet as I am very insecure without my makeup caked on. Love the environment !

Super poor service. Don’t go here. 1st appointment Dr Nidia sounded like a telemarketer only wanted to sell her products. I was not satisfy and I made an appt with the main Doctor. I showed they took me to an office and there was Dra Nidia again. I only told her I made the appt with the Doctor, she made ugly facial gestures and said “ go sit on the lobby”. I got out I sat on the lobby and I told the receptionist that Nidia was super rude. She appologized and I asked about the Dr she said that the Dr was on his way later she said “let me call the Dr” and she came back saying “ we are going to give you your money back for some creams that I bought and the Doctor is not coming he is sick and he hasn’t been here in months. She demanded my ID and a signature. She took a copy of my ID and she said did you left those creams in your car??? I asked her for her name and Nidia’s name she refused to give me their names. Someone else told me Nidia•s name. I got treated so poorly in this establishment. Dr Nidia is so unprofessional. She doesn’t know how to treat new patients

Charlatans! My wife whom is 67years old was looking for thread lift. Came here for procedure Dr.Louise May is a theif, Charlatan! My wife ended up in the hospital in Coronado after procedure with a severe hematoma and fainting. He made several mistakes per E.R. Has lumps and No Results! He stole $2,000.00 cash and Hid when we demanded a refund. After some research he has a criminal record and even murdered his liposuction patient, cashed her check minutes after she died! Please I urge you to look him up! Stay away from this place!
