5 stars all around. Dr Rafa is an excellent surgeon- my results have been amazing. Not only is he very talented, he is also kind and truly cares about his patients. Top rate service in every aspect. Sara, the hospital owner , is also very attentive and an amazing person! Thank you also to the staff, including nurses Pablo and Nena who cared for me.

It's almost been a year since my surgery; I had a circular abdominoplasty. I'm very happy with my results, thanks to Dr. Rafael and his entire team, as well as the hospital; they make you feel very pampered. I highly recommend it; don't hesitate to get beautiful!

A terrible experience. The doctor operates and leaves; no one is there to monitor you. The clinic owner, who isn't a doctor or even a nurse, doesn't keep track of your progress properly. I had the catheter/drain in for 18 days. I got an infection, and I suffered terribly! They had to readmit me. They hired a nurse to suction the catheters, and I had to do it myself. I'm left with folds and poorly cut sutures, and they're very noticeable. I'm still going to another clinic for follow-up appointments because of the poor follow-up and the botched surgery. In my opinion, the doctor should be close to you and monitoring you. He operated on me, went to Guadalajara, and didn't check on me until 18 days later when I was already infected.

I'm talking about Preciado Dental Group: They give good results, but the service is terrible. They kept moving my appointments to a later day (if it was Wednesday, I'd ask for the day, and on Wednesday they'd ask me to move it to Thursday, when I obviously couldn't make it because of work). In addition, there came a time when they extended my appointment for 3 weeks, and I decided to change dentists. I asked them for photos of my process. It's been 2 days, and they haven't sent me anything. They're good doctors, just poorly organized... or at least with me.
