I’m so impressed! I went to her for butt filler (sorry there’s no pleasant way to phrase that ◡̈). From the beginning when we were communicating until the moment I walked out of her office, I felt taken care of and understood. She’s very professional, the office is clean and well-kept, she responded in a timely manner, I totally felt at ease. I’ve had filler done a few times before and she is by far the most gentle. I hope I’m not leaving anything out.. I just can’t say enough good things about her and her assistant.

First time visit and it was a wonderful experience. I have been using Juvaderm in my lips for several years. Today, we did the bottom lip. She suggested we cancel out some of the older product that was in my upper lip. Over time, it has moved from the lip to outside of it. I was aware of this issue but each time I have visited other doctors in the past, they only briefly mentioned it and just add more filler to the top lip. In this instance, she explained the process to mitigate the older filler issue and filled only my bottom lip. We will wait a few days for the top lip to dissolve the overflow of past filler and then complete the look later this week. I am very appreciative of someone being forward, caring and suggesting the way to obtain the optimal result I have always wanted. Can’t wait to see her again on our next visit to Puerto Vallarta.

I have gotten and Endolift, lip filler and a few other procedures here! The Dra. and the team are amazing. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and I felt very confident in each procedure. The prices are very reasonable and I continue to go everytime I am in Puerto Vallarta. I highly recommend.

Very happy with Dra Ihara! She gave great advice for what I wanted and needed. Additionally she’s a lovely person. Wish I lived closer. I will make future appointments when we return to this amazing city.
