Dr. Sergio del Hoyo - Cirugía Bariátrica (Weightloss Surgery)

I was a bit skeptical about having surgery but I met a lady on the plane last year that had just had it done and followed her journey. She gave me all the info and no small amount of guidance. I felt well taken care of from the first time I spoke to Dr Sergio. He answered all my questions very quickly. He made sure I was well prepared and feeling confident about surgery. The facility is absolutely beautiful, exceptionally clean and the entire surgical team were wonderful! I was up walking around the unit within a couple hours and I was back at the condo the next day. I am so thankful to have found Dr. del Hoyo and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Sergio Del Hoyo was impeccable. The most incredible Dr. with the upmost respect and understanding. The facilities were extremely clean and staff were inviting and professional. This has been and will continue to be a journey of change and growth and I am grateful for this opportunity to have Dr. Sergio Del Hoyo by my side. From our first video conference, to the weeks and days leading up to the surgery, He was always offering information and guidance. He took care of booking everything and I was never left with questions that went unanswered. I am very thankful for This experience and the friendships that were formed as a result. This was never a business transaction. This was Dr. Sergio wanting to see one more person become healthy and to see them through their journey.

I highly recommend Dr. Sergio del Hoya, this is a first class state of art hospital with an amazing surgical team. From the initial interactions and consultations I knew this was an extremely experienced team. When I walked in the staff made me feel like I was there only patient and so professional.. Outside of the hospital he put us up in a beautiful hotel and arranged the meals, this made it so easy to recover and relax.. A month later and we are still taking and he is still checking in with me.. This was a great place to get done what you need to get done..

From start to finish, Dr. Sergio DEL Hoyo, was professional and answered all my questions prior to me booking. Once the surgery was booked, Dr. Sergio, sent all the preoperative documents and kept in touch about airport shuttles to hotel reservations. Once in Mexico everything went flawless, hospital was very clean and the staff was so amazing. Was able to walk around the day the second day with little discomfort and overall felt really good. Walking helped the gas build up decrease after surgery. Would recommend Dr. SERGIO and his team to anyone. Successful sleeve done, a step closer to getting my life back. Thank you!!

I have to say that this was the most fantastic experience with the medical system that I have ever had, I have been suffering from a hiatal hernia for more than nine months and I’m a US citizen, but also Mexican per temporary resident. Dr. Sergio is recommended by several respected colleagues that work in clinical settings, he was available called me right away, went over the potential interventions and was professional and kind and was always available.
