Dr Jonathan, as his patients call him, performed an emergency laparoscopic appendectomy on me. The operation went well, and I’ve healed quickly, without any issues. Besides being a good surgeon, he has a kind and patient manner, taking the time to explain before and after the operation. The whole time I felt I was in good hands.

The doctor got me fixed up! The communication throughout my hospital stay was top notch, and the minor surgery went as expected. Thank You for getting me back on my feet!

Dr. Jonathan is truly exceptional. Having spent more than 2 decades in the hospital supply and medical business north of the border and treated for chronic health conditions for over 30 years, I have worked with, or been seen by more physicians than I can count. I have to say that Dr Jonathan outshines them all. He expertly repaired an inguinal hernia taking extra care to compensate for some bleeding issues and my recovery has been much easier than I expected. He literally puts the "care" in healthcare and is one of the nicest people you will ever meet.

To whom it may concern, Last January on my annual stay in Puerto Vallarta , I was taken to Vallarta Medical hospital in an emergency situation. We were introduced to Dr. Jonathan Lopez, and in a matter of a few minutes, my wife and children gave him permission to do a serious operation to remedy my condition. Any operation at the age of 91 is serious. Dr. Lopez was competent , compassionate, Caring and an amazing communicator. He spoke to my wife and family each day, and came to see me daily as well. He not only gave us all the feeling that he knew what he was doing, but he wanted to make sure that we were comfortable with what he was doing, and with his progress reports, I was extremely fortunate that they had chosen this young man from Veracruz Mexico to save my life .
